Excellent staff and customer service. I highly recommend this company. They are honest and reasonable. They are thorough and explained the entire process when installing our new unit. In particular Joe, Mike, and Bryce are especially detail oriented and a pleasure to do business with.

Our AC broke and I made a post on fb about it! The owner reached out to me personally and had someone at my home with in 3 hours! Highly recommend this company! ️️

I chose traffic in front to have my air conditioner repaired things. It was over the weekend and things didn’t go as planned however, Kathleen Kathleen, while not on the clock, took her valuable time and walked me through and helped me through the process of contacting someone who could help me She was very knowledgeable and explain things that I could understand very pleasant. I couldn’t avast for a better customer service. I will recommend this company to anyone I know in the future. Have a blessed day.

Bryce from Tropic Air Conditioning serviced our HVAC unit today. He was prompt for his appointment, very cordial and knowledgeable, and worked quickly and efficiently. He also checked to see if one of my parts was still in warranty which it was, and that saved a lot of money.

Thank you very much for taking such good care of our very old AC unit for the past 10 years. We also can't thank you enough for your fast and efficient service installing our brand new AC unit. I would recommend Tropic Air to anyone.

Could not be more impressed with the whole team. From Joe coming out and providing the recommendations, the office team scheduling, and install crew for being quick, effective and courteous (stuff like holding a box to catch drywall dust when installing the new return).

Add in the great value for what was done; 5 stars. 100% would recommend.

I found them to be thorough, professional, and friendly. They found no problems with the unit and offered suggestions of other possible causes other than the A/C.

On time and did not rush the job, friendly staff. Had great HVAC knowledge. Left documentation of completed work. Checked components, and cleaned drain line.

I called them and they came out and diagnosed the unit, the compressor was out and they were able to get it and do the job same day. Their price was great as well!
