Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. If I could would give it NO stars!
Bugs everywhere, holes in walls, old furniture, patched up windows and bathroom was old and dirty.
Floor was so discusting, bottom of my socks were black, 10 minutes after walking on them.
Oven still had crumbs of food in it.
2nd day there, guy was painting the verhanda right outside our door, stepped outside and almost slipped on the wet paint!

Any time. 5 stars, location and rooms great. Parking spaces directly in front of the house.

Although the room is very nice and quite well equipped, it does not match the description. In the description, it appears that the bedroom is a separate room from the living room and this is not the case. It also says that the unit has a washing machine and, in reality, it only offers a paid laundry, in another building. In addition, they do not answer messages and the office is closed. You cannot count on anyone to resolve a question or problem.

This hotel and apartment is very amazing. Very clean and the rooms are big (and its very cheap). Rooms have complete amenities specially the kitchen stuff silverwares, plates, coffee maker, big fridge, big microwave and etc. And they provide beach towels. The owner is very nice. He is right there everyday if we need something. I wish we could have stayed longer. But definitely coming back in this hotel and holywood beach is the best in Miami as well. Not crowded. Thank you Will (owner).

Strongly recommend for a good price place to stay

We stayed there from July 7-9, and loved it. Will is a great host, the room was just what we needed and the location was just right. We will be back.

This place is probably one of the most affordable options in the Hollywood Beach area.

It's practically on the beach and around the corner from all the boardwalk restaurants.

Bring towels because they do not have enough for the recommended people per room.

Bath water is boiling hot so move the dial slowly.

Parking is the worse if you have more than 1 car. We had to park at a Public Beach parking that ran us $56 for 2 days.

My husband and I stayed here when we came down to Hollywood beach for an adult trip. It was the perfect location steps from the beach. Our room was small but fine for the small amount of time we spent in the room. It was clean and the staff was friendly! I’ll definitely stay here again.

The only good thing about this place was the location- proximity to the beach was great. However, the bed was uncomfortable, the room wasn't very clean, and the bathroom REEKED of sweat. I don't know where the smell came from as it didn't look filthy, but it smelled like someone unwashed had been living there for weeks. The hotel lists that parking is "available", and once you show up you have to pay $20 a day. My husband and I paid for 4 days of parking, only to find their lot COMPLETELY FULL one of the nights. We tried calling the front desk, knocking on the door, of course no one was there. We had to pay $30 for parking nearby that night, and are still waiting for reimbursement from the hotel. Every time we call the number provided, no one picks up and the voicemail inbox is full. When we text, we get no response.

Owners, if you see this- I will change this to a 4 star review if you reimburse us for the parking.

Well. Pretty and cheap. Will, who served us, was always friendly and respectful. The area is quiet, safe and very familiar. The nights are. Quiet and the sea breeze is nice I recommend it to all families

It is a little house inside a room, you have what you need to have a good time. The manager willi. I welcome you with your smile and your advice. You are literally steps from the sea. Clean and quiet, my 2 children were very happy.

The location was wonderful. Close to the beach, close to restaurants. It was difficult to reach the person from the office, however. The entire floor in the unit was filthy. We didn't have any hot water for showering the first 2 days. We then found out the breaker box was in the unit next door, and we needed to knock on their door to get it corrected. It was disappointing and inconvenient. 2 of the showers we took were cold. It didn't ruin our vacation, but it could have. Don't think we'll ever stay there again.

Small apartments in a perfect location, literally 1min from the beach. Unfortunately the rooms are very much neglected and run down. AC from the 80s making lots of noise, dirty bathroom, all run down. Don't come here.
