ONE OF THE WORST DEALERS I COULD EVER DEAL WITH I BOUGHT A TRUCK OVER $27k AND FALLING APART ROOF RACK COMING OUT, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME UP, THEY PUT 2 FRONT TIRES WHICH WERE ALL WIRING OUT FROM THE INSIDE, THE ACTITUD OF THE MANAGER FROM THAT DEALER IS LIKE HES DOING US A FAVOR, MY SUGGESTION IS TO GO TO A BIG DEALER GET WARRANTY FROM THE HOUSE FOR 30k or 50k miles UNSTEAD OF 3k miles or 3 months NOT WORTH IT I WISH I COULD KNOWN

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE A FRAUD -Having an issue reaching the title department. I purchased a vehicle 9/23/2023. My title work has not been done. And the previous owner still has an outstanding loan with Capital One Bank. This means the dealership hasn’t paid off the previous loan. Now my bank and FLDMV is getting involved…. It’s an entire mess and it seems nobody is willing to get resolve. And the finance guy is no help and speaks to you in a disrespectful tone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP

Purchased a car from Rodrigro and the other team, good people to work with, and overall good experience.

Adjusting my previous review- the car we purchased had been with the dealership for over 2 weeks when we bought it. No attempts were made to fix the ac which was broken, which was fine because we were assured it was likely a Freon issue. 3k later and I finally have a working car. Definitely steer clear of buy here pay here lots

They want you to put in and be approved for the car even before you test drive it. I mean if you drive it and don’t like it you just got an inquiry for the heck of it. That’s definitely not cool. I will say we are repeating customers of the dealership and should be treated like it. Just fly the first car we got the air conditioning didn’t work that well and had a few issues with it. After the owner seen that I put a review he came out and was rude. The salesman was great the owner/manager was definitely RUDE. I advise you to stay away from this dealership. There are much more better places to buy and get a better car

Terrible sales practices, told me multiple different prices that no other dealer has ever told me basically telling me down payments that are unreal why would i put 71% down i might as well purchase the whole thing

Lmao if I could give zero I would give zero, do not waste your time buying from a dealership that doesn’t offer warranty, all these dudes are jokes, listen people they don’t offer warranty on them for a reason, they’re auction bought, junkyard cars…. Buy from a real dealer that won’t hesitate to give warranty, you’ll save thousands take it from someone that’s been through it legally in court

Just received a genesis g80 sport from them, absolutely inlove with the vehicle in n out. I was surprised how professional n friendly everyone was they had no trouble going through everything in detail with me.their representative Rodrigo was an extremely honest n helpful man if it weren’t for him I probably wouldn’t of been able to have my dream car!
