In short, it's a garbage business, what you expect from a car wash is minimal cleaning, and it turns out that the car only comes out full of liquid to shine, and exactly as it arrived. The service is not even worth mentioning because it does not exist, it is a lady asking for extra money for each proof of dirt. Disgust

They did not clean my car very good and they too expensive we are in a recession and no way in hell one car wash need to be $31 so I would not be going back I'm going to the other car wash on Florida avenue and MLK they car wash is $12 and that's reasonable we are in a recession. Oh and they didn't clean my windows good and they didn't wipe down inside of my car very good neither

They always do a great job, one of few places that not only removes floormats, but rinses them down. I'll keep going!

Owner pulls prices out of the air. Very rude when asked to break his pricing down. After explains what I wanted he said $200. Then when asked to just wash the car he went to $175. Asked him what all was included and he repeated the same thing that was included in the $200 price. Very rude and unprofessional

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The manager seemed annoyed that I requested my car be re vacuumed. I get it was a $20 wash. But why would I spend more when the basics had to be requested. 3 stars for the nice gentleman that touched up the managers half effort work. Photos are from AFTER I requested touch up. Still in the parking lot.

I got the hand wash car wash and paid over 40. I was extremely disappointed that the car was still dirty. They tried to say it was the paint but I went home and removed the bugs myself. The backseat was left with dirt and the carpets were left wet. The carpets in the back looked like they weren’t touched as well. The middle console looked like it was not touched at all as well.

First off I LOVED this car wash. Never had a problem. But after today I am changing my review and rating from 5 stars to 1 and will never return.
Forst thing I do when I drive here from Miami is goto this place to have my car detailed. Everytime. Today the lady who normally runs the register is doing the check in. Sees my dog, who is usually not with me for this, looks in back seat and says they need to charge $55 (almost double) because if the dog hair. They have never said this before. Mainly because I know the hair ain't coming up, so I don't ask for anything special. Nor have I ever complained. Like I said, I've been nothing but haply till today.
So I say fine, but I want the hair all gone if I'm being charged for it. She tells me they can't guarantee that. Huh?
You wanna charge me extra and tell me you can't even get the hair our? There was nothing wrong with how it was cleaned before. I was very satisfied. But now this.
And the bad part is I'm mostly upset because I won't go back to a place I really liked because of this stupidty.

I was just there nice staff but low quality work understaffed. And yes I took the premium service not satisfied would not recommend

This place is a joke it's under the table work there's no way to clock in "no time clock"there tunnel is literally falling apart rust all over the place shady employees thay reuse soap nothing fresh the pit is full of water you don't get air freshener unless you ask for it I ask about a w-2 or a i-9 I never got an answer people don't go to this place it a ripoff I think I need tetanus shot I would suggest mister or mod the owner is not a friendly person don't apply at this location Jesus what a wast of my time.

I lived in the area for a very long time this establishment has been there for quite some time I'mma tell you right now the area is not nice nor friendly the people here act very shady if you have something in your car of value hide it the staff don't care about you or your vehicle the pictures on the internet paint a pretty place but it's not, half these 5 stars are fakes or friends if you go there see for yourself, the board will say one price but they while charge you another the bbb needs to do an investigation on this place

Great wash plus bug removal. They do not rush and the gentlemen pressure cleaning the car took their time and did a great job. The woman who owns the business came out and did some of the finishing touches. It may not be the cheapest place in town but I will be back next time I come through town.

I went to this place based on the ratings and got very dissatisfied with their service. I went for a hand wash which was $30 where their regular machine is around $12. Very bad job on the vacuuming the interior. I went and asked for it but got a very strange answer from the person at counter like “ this is a nice car and you are supposed to clean all the trash before you come in for car wash” where we would generally expect them to take car of all that. When it comes to the exterior its the same when I asked them to clean some of the left over places. An employee mentioned that “ I am very busy to clean all those minute things & did mention that my car has lot insect marks which would cost extra money to clean as if its a separate package whether it has insects marks or not” which we would never want to hear being a customer paying extra for hand wash. Totally very dissatisfied after traveling for 30min for a car wash based on ratings.

My son applied at this location and was sent on his way on the first day for not willing to work but how do you work for a business that doesn't offer breaks or even offer a w-2 what kind of business is this this place is a absolute joke plus imagine pulling up just to ask the homeless do thay work here or is my car going to get stolen no uniformity and no time clock to boot

I usually enjoy the experiences in Floridas large scale car washes unfortunately this trip was inundated with swaths of homeless mixed with the employees lack of dress code less me to ask for assistance from multiple people before I could even locate an associate. Coming here just felt kinda dangerous the homeless people looked off and having to interact with quite a few of them before finding an associate was a little nerve-wracking. If you want a Florida car wash experience I suggest you look elsewhere, but if you want a Florida-man experience this is your place to be
