I've been reading a lot about the benefits of glutathione, and I decided to give it a try. I'm pleased with it. I feel like I'm doing something good for myself when I get it. It had both glutathione and b-12 so you're fighting free radicals and giving your immune system a boost. Definitely will be trying to keep doing this. My knee pain has diminished and I got a little boost of energy. Good stuff.
