Tropical Oasis Pool has taken care of our pool for many years. First round of pool renovations went smoothly. Recently, we did our second round of updating the pool and deck and all went as planned. Wilson explained everything in detail and followed the promised time-line. Great customer service!

Incredible service, our pump went bad this morning, fortunately we had one ready to go in the box but could not find someone to install it. My pool had lots of plaster cracks and bubbling. The individual that had previously done it some years back I believe did a very shoddy job. I did not want to make the same mistake and decided I would go with a long-standing company with some reputation. I called 3 companies. One was recommended by my boss but never bothered returning my 3 phone calls. The other had previously repaired a leak in my pool and did a very good job a few years back. They asked me to send pictures and gave me a quote based on the pictures and approximate measurements of my pool. I called Tropical Oasis Pools based on a recommendation of a friend of mine that had also done recent work on his pool. I made an appointment and Wilson Puig, the owner of the company, came out and examined the pool with me and showed me things that I had not noticed. Although his estimate was $200 higher than the other one that I had received, I decided I would go with the company that showed enough care and concern to come out and examine my pool and speak to me in person. Wilson communicated with me every step of the way and the pool was done quickly over a 3-day period. I was very impressed to see a team of 5-6 guys on the day of the plastering all working together carefully and quickly to get it done. It was not 1 or 2 guys taking a few days like the previous individual that did a shoddy job on my pool some years ago. All I can say is that I was very satisfied with the communication and work that Tropical Oasis Pools did for me and will be calling them again on any future repairs I may need.
