7I love it for the convenience! I order the blueberry bliss, sub Splenda, w/pea protein. One star down, because I would say that most of the items are not really healthy and are loaded with hidden sugar. They make it seems like everything is super healthy which is not the case. That’s why I specifically order the blueberry bliss because it doesn’t have added sugars and juices. But they do give you options and it’s up to you know what you’re ordering and what’s in each smoothie. I do also like the Thai chicken salad, but again the salad dressing is full of sugar so just use less if you’re trying to stay on the healthy side. I like having this smoothie shop close to my house when I’m too lazy to make a smoothie at home.

Horrible, drove out of my to go to a store in North Miami to get a smoothie redeemed on points I acquired, waited like a foul just to be told that the person on the register didn't understand what I wanted to do and that I couldn't get my second free smoothie, it's becoming apparent that this franchise doesn't serve their customers when they mess up.
And tbh this hasn't been the first time I've had a bad experience with this franchise. Go elsewhere.
This place is great. The staff and the owner are nice and friendly. I can’t believe somebody wrote them a negative review because they weren’t even open yet. I hope this review helps customers come and see the new location. Both of my smoothies we ordered were great and the food was wonderful. Welcome to North Miami Beach, tropical smoothie Café.
