Using dirty blender not wash only rinsed still having chunks of other smoothies on the blenders
Honestly disgusting swapping labels

Totally ripped me off I asked for a kiwi quencher and payed with cash, they never brought it because it never showed up on the computer I had to repay. This was very aggravating since a total of 9 people said I ordered it and they ignored us. To top it off when I reordered it the girl aggressively put the drink in the counter not saying anything. No have a good day or anything, this was very unprofessional because I was patient and rebought which was 13 dollars wasted.

So we just had a bad experience there. Walk up to the counter lady tells us to give her a minute when she comes back and picks up the phone and take somebody’s order. We walked out will be back.

Grace and another employee were working on 7/28/2022 while a sports team was in the store talking. It was 9: 30p.m. And she told my family and I that we couldn’t order food because they had already started cleaning up their kitchen. She stated that we could only order smoothies… AND ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT NEITHER OF THE EMPLOYEES GREETED US AS WE WALKED IN… NEVER EVEN ASKED IF THEY COULD HELP US WITH ANYTHING… they just stared off until we were ready to order. This is not a good look Tropical Smoothie Cafe!

Restaurant is clean and orderly. Staff Fairly quick and the food is good but they still managed to mess up my order.

Awful, they treat their workers worse than dirt.a friend of mine that worked there told me how they forced her to take a test proving she memorized all the menu before giving her their tips, a 100% illegal move and one that i plan to take action against

Literally walked in and the store was empty except two people who already had their food and was still forgotten! Waited 15 minutes then was asked what I was waiting for and they proceeded to make it terribly. I have worked at a Tropical smoothie before and this one sucked.

Smoothies never disappoint, but always walking in and seeing all the workers standing and talking and standing right in front of them for 5 minutes before being noticed gets old.

Polite and friendly staff made my order to my specifications in a timely manner. Enjoyed my meal and smoothie very much!

Great service and everything was made quickly and the new place is very nice, if the ppl in the pic don't like to be posted let me know I'll put a different pic up:)

Big concern: the girl working the register and making smoothies is wearing the same thin clear plastic food prep gloves to handle credit cards and cash, to crumple up wads of ink coated receipts, oh and, yep, to make your smoothie. Plus she has no idea how to wear a mask.

On the plus side, the store just moved a few doors down and is expanded and nice. The smoothies taste good.

Food was great and smoothies where well crafted. The bathrooms where nice and clean, very modern interior design. The staff seemed a little unorganized, but overall great experience.

Struggled with the app but finally gave up and went inside. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Good, fresh food. Looking forward to going back soon.

Staff are very friendly but my whole family got food poison from the smoothies and the food we got. Don't think I will be coming back.
