Staff was nice. We came right at close and they still had smiles on their faces. Great smoothie.

This location is extremely inconsistent. My husband and I have been going here for the last 6months and it’s always a gamble. We both get the same exact thing every single time so we know what our order is supposed to taste like. My favorite (when done right) is the Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap. Most times the wrap is done poorly. Either they put a ton of cold undercooked rice, not enough chicken, too much sauce, no sauce at all, or not enough of anything to where you might as well be eating a plain tortilla. My husband and I try to take note of who was working when a GOOD wrap was made but the staff turn over is wild at this place… as inconsistent as their food. We keep going in hopes that eventually the staff will figure out how to make our orders right and they tighten up but the last few times I’ve just developed taste aversion and disgust for this place. Not to mention, my husband is vegan and one time he got really sick after drinking a smoothie we think there was some cross contamination. Not fun. AND a few weeks ago, my husband went through the drive through (as usual) it was barely 8: 30pm and no one was attending him so he decided to go inside and the staff that night said they were closed…. What? ! Google says they close at 9pm so I expect to STILL be served at 8: 30pm. I’m telling you, it’s horrible all around. Anyway, if you’ve reached this far in my review the better location is the Tropical Smoothie on Memorial Hwy if it wasn’t so out of my way I’d rather go to that location instead.

Be prepared for the longest wait times of all Tropical Smoothies in the Bay Area. Don’t waste your gas in the drive through. The inside service isn’t much better.

Sat in the drive thru window for 10 mins, wasn't even acknowledged. 2nd try at this location, won't be back again.

I will never eat here again, the food was cold. The chicken was cold. My smoothie was bitter like the fruit was old. I wouldn't seeing that moldy chicken Pic. I will never eat here again waste of time and money. Spent $21.00 and regret every last penny I wasted. The employees always seem like they don't belong cooking food. Service is average. Prepare to wait a minimum 30 minutes inside or drive through. Smoothies are great, I've had better food at a night time bar.

Their evening shift sent me two tortillas filled with lettuce for my $40 DoorDash order.
I've ordered deliveries several times during the day, no issues.
I know it's hard to get good staff in this time & town, but damn! That was pretty bad.

Wife and daughter had just left the doctor and my daughter wanted a smoothie for her sore throat. They went through the drive thru and we’re not greeted at all. My wife said hello how are you doing and no response. After they received there order my wife said thank you and no response still. If this is the kind of people employed there they need to learn how to respond. It’s a simple thing to do and doesn’t require much thinking or in this case maybe it does. This individual needs coaching on how to use their vocal cords and respond promptly.

I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe, however, this location is a mess. I have gone to pick up mobile orders and, upon arrival, the staff hasn't even started making the order. When I get to the drive thru window, they continuously offer me the car behind me's order and still haven't started making my order. I end up spending 25+ minutes at the window waiting for my order (multiple times this has happened). Today, after waiting almost 45 minutes, my wrap was cold. OVER IT. Skip this location. I've given it multiple chances.

The worst location I’ve ever been to. Food is never made correctly, sides are usually missing, drive thru takes 20 minutes. Staff gets confused when you mention it’s a mobile order, never any idea what they’re doing. Never pleasant to talk to when you have a problem. When the food is made correctly, it’s cold and the cheese is never melted. Don’t go to this location.

Service was absolutely great and the food tasted even better. The guy at the cashier was very helpful and has a great and funny personality. Would definitely come back again

I ordered off of door dash from this store i ordered a turkeys bacon sandwich and a grilled cheese and two banana peanut butter smoothies…. I got two wraps with lettuce only and two orange flavored smoothies… like how does someone mess that up so bad

First time stopping at this lo stuon. Put in an order ahead of time and it was ready for pickup when I got there. For a kid sized smoothie and one of the chicken burritos with beans, guac, pico and it was soooooo good. Nice and fresh and hot.

Wait time is usually very long. But this time it was the food quality. I opened my bag of chips, poured them on my plate and it came out as one big moist lump with fungus all over. I threw up just looking at it. I called and told them to throw their chips out, and was offered a refund. I didn’t take it, but I feel like you shouldn’t ask or offer.you should just DO IT in this case. Not to mention, the chips touched my sandwich when I poured it out, so the meal was ruined.
