Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Clermont FL

WOW. I am from GA and down visiting my family and let me just say. I love Tropical Smoothie. Usually at my home location, the staff is kind of rude and unprofessional and my smoothies are always hit or miss, but today, after placing a fairly large online order (3 smoothies and a wrap), I walked in a few minutes early, with all four items ready and tasting perfect. Not to mention the outstanding service from the employees- bright smiles and just seem happy to be there. Coming from a teenager, who never writes reviews and is pretty quiet myself, I got in the car and told my mom, I have to write a review. After years of Tropical Smoothie runs, this has to be by far one of the best experiences I have ever had. Sad to go back to my home location lol.

We order from here at least 1-2 times a week with no issue but tonight the delivery driver dropped one of our drinks in his car. He told us that he would come back with another one. He never showed. Due to tropical smoothie using Door Dash, I was told by their staff that there was nothing they could do even though I placed the order through the tropical smoothie app. They didn’t even offer to replace it Door Dash also said there was nothing they held do because I didn’t place the order through them. At the end of the day I’m the one who lost my money.

Love, love, love, this place. Everything is as fresh as it is tasty. Your body mind and soul will thank you!

The girl on register I believe her name was Lola was very sweet and helpful. My chicken quesadilla also slapped.

I ordered online however after I ordered I got a customer and it took me way longer to get there and by the time I did our smoothies we kinda melted. I said something to Alexa and she happily remade my ordered without any fuss! THIS WAS AWESOME SERVICE and I will gladly keep coming! The whole crew today seemed slammed but everything was perfect! Thank you!

There was a line but it moved quickly and I received my food smoothie and wrap quickly as well. Food was good and well priced.

Super clean restaurant with very friendly, responsive staff. Smoothies and food were great. Highly recommend.

I place a large order, pick time was for 12: 30.the manager was awesome had my order ready by11: 30 in time for my noon lunch meeting. Excellent service!

Just tried to call to ask if an employee can bring out my pickup order due to my disability but someone took the phone off the jack and didn’t answer and it remained that way because I tried calling again and the line was busy which signifies the phone is not on the jack. I only called to ask one simple question but unfortunately, I guess they were busy so I didn’t get to have the lunch I wanted.

I responded to their reply to this review by filling out the contact form which I did a month ago but have not heard anything from the company.

Great experience from the staff to the food. Staff is welcoming and friendly and the food is made fresh and quick but best of all it is tasty.

Delicious. Chomping down on a Baja Chicken Wrap and Jetty Punch for lunch. Really filling me up. Worth the $14+

One of my favorite places to go! Disappointed they didn’t have a drive through, but my experience was fast and and friendly. It’s nice and spacious inside.

I had a horrible experience here, came in no one greeted they helped the other customers then the person at the cash register walked away with out a I will be right back, is there anything I can do for you? Then when I asked for the manager he stated my name is Steve and how many I help you. I explained what happened and he had a smirk on his face. Very unprofessional, I will not be coming to the Clermont Tropical Smootie again and I have advise a lot of family and friends not to support this business because clearly they didn’t want my business. We are a community and frankly you don’t care about ur business to have a good one.

This place is absolutely amazing! Staff is always so polite and kind. Food is prepared fresh and is excellent always. They always have a large staff to ensure short wait times! We eat here at least 3 times a week!

My daughter gave me a gift card and now I am a regular…great smoothies and healthy food, coupled with awesome service.

The smoothies were prepared with great taste and the flat bread and shrimp wrap was fresh and delicious! Very healthy menu choices to order from!

The managers both told me I should not come in to order at the clermont store and should go somewhere else with my food/drink orders since they were too complicated for them to accurately make the order. Just basic add INS and they can't get it correct. Even worse than the food was the attitude that both the male And female manager have at that store. Refusing to remake shakes and hesitating to offer a refund. Will ABSOLUTELY NEVER BE COMING TO THIS TROPICAL SMOOTHIE POSSIBLY NONE EVER AGAIN. IM A LOYAL MEMBER AND FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BE AS POOR AS IT WAS IS UNACCEPTABLE. THE EMPLOYEES WILL SOON CATCH ATTITUDE WITH CUSTOMERS SEEING THE EXAMPLE GIVEN BY MANAGEMENT (SINCE U CALL THEM THAT) PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS Non Existent. You'd have better customer service from the employees without managers such as these two at this store, I would seek new management if you'd like to have return business. Very disappointed, very upset, very disrespected, and discriminated against. This WILL NOT BE MY ONLY POST/REVIEW OF THIS PLACE
