A very good smoothie shop. Has lots of great tasting food and smoothies. If you're interested in healthy foods and drinks stop by you will be satisfied. A bit pricey but you do get fresh fruits not frozen.

My girlfriend ordered a vegan hummus wrap on Door Dash, specifying both in the ingredients and in the "Special Notes" section, "No cheese, no ranch. No dairy, " because she's lactose-intolerant and consuming those aforementioned ingredients causes her great physical pain.

She received a wrap with ranch in it, and this isn't the first time this order has been messed up, either due to having cheese and or ranch on it, rendering the wrap inedible for her.

They did make it right after we called in and explained the situation, so they'll get a start for that, but we had to go in and pick it up ourselves, so that's sort of annoying.

Overall, stuff like this should NOT be happening. People have even worse allergies that could put them in even more danger or kill them if things like this aren't taken seriously. If you can't take other people's orders seriously, get another job, because you apparently cannot be trusted to do this one.

Nice place, friendly people. If you used to go there, they welcome you at the door with your name.

Terrible experience. Waited for 30-40 minutes for an order.

Smoothies were watered down by the time we left.

Overcharged on smoothies because the order was totally wrong.

Management did NOT comp for their mistake, instead making us pay more to re add the sandwich to the order.

Overall poor management, poor listening skills and nothing was done to fix the issue.

Try a different location next time because this one needs training…

Came in today (May 7) around 5. No one greeted me, that's fine. I stood at the counter still no one said anything and basically ignored me. I stood there about 5 or 6 minutes and still not one word from anyone that works there. The girl that takes orders was sitting down on her phone and she glanced at me and went right back to her phone. I ended up leaving and as I left still no one said anything. Management needs to get this in check. I come here often but after the service today, or lack of service, I probably won't come back.

Nelly was super helpful! I came in unsure of what to order and she was very knowledgeable when it came to choosing ingredients for a smoothie. It came out quickly and Nelly made sure I was satisfied with my order before I left.
I will definitely be returning for the pleasurable customer service!

Food cold, food old. Never again, not worth the time or money. Btw I had the Chipotle chicken wrap. This location has gone down hill.

Poor customer service! I called to place a order at the Altamonte location and the first time I called i was put on hold and after 10 minutes I was hung up on. I called again and someone picked up the phone and didn't answer. It was just to stop the phone from ringing. I called again to place my order and was told she couldn't take my order over the phone because she was busy and the only one working. If she was so busy wouldn't it make sense to take the order over the phone instead of now having multiple people waiting in the store for their orders!

I ordered a smoothie and I didn't like it they remade another one for me it was good but the place was just dirty it had chips on the floor/table was sticky, and I get that it was like 3 hours before closing time but me and one other person were the only people in there. This made me not want to buy food nor stay very long. There was plenty of downtime that the lobby could have been cleaned up. Will not return

I love Tropical Smoothie as a company but for whatever reason this location never gets my order correct. It never fails that I ask for protein substitute and they still give me chicken. If they do give the protein substitute they forget another important ingredient in my wrap.

My sandwich bread was stale. I don't know how you make a sandwich and not notice that the bun is solid.
The peanut butter smoothie tasted like ice and a hint of peanuts.
Won't be eating here again, so many better options.

Great quick clean place to pick up some fresh fruit or a smoothie on the go. Extremely busy but fast.

We always enjoy our smoothies from here. It's always clean, the staff is nice and the smoothies are delicious.
