Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Tampa FL

Been going to this store for years and has been consistently high quality food and service every time I visit. The Baja Chicken is the best!

I have a few locations nearby, but I prefer this store 3810 W Neptune St. Tampa because of staff member LALIP. He greets me every time with a big smile. He remembers my favorites. So professional. Very knowledgeable about current and past menus. I also noticed while waiting for my order to be ready that he remembers other recurrent client’s favorites. I think that is amazing. I also believe he has magical hands because my smoothies are always on point. Thank you, Lalip, for making every lunch experience special. Tropical Smoothie, thank you for taking care of your team. It shows in their daily performance.

One of two workers (younger male) wearing mask as a chin strap, frequently wiping his nose with his finger and not sanitizing afterwards. Totally disgusting and not what I want preparing my food during the pandemic (or at any time for that matter). Yuck!

Very slow service, took 2 guys over 25 minutes to prepare 2 wraps on a very slow night.people work behind the counter and kitchen prepare the food do not wear masks!

The management/owners do not care at all about customer service! If a pickup order is set for a certain time, it should be ready. I had to wait 15 minutes "because we are very busy" and there was no apology. I was late returning to work because they could not make orders on time, and the blasé attitude did not help. There are plenty of other choices, don't waste your time or money here, this franchise does not deserve your business. The only reason for 2 stars is that the food and smoothies are good, but it's a franchise.

The Tropical Smoothie on W Neptune is one of a kind. The manager, Lalit, is very consistent with his smoothies. As for the food, there is a very warm, welcoming lady in charge. She puts a smile onto anyone’s face. Would highly recommend this location.

It’s a tropical smoothie, you know what you’re getting when you go there. But this one is great to come to. The staff are always available and nice. I usually call ahead to order my smoothie always without turbinado sugar, and it’s always done right. Every person there who has ever taken my order was pleasant. Yea, I just love the energy there.

I love this place! I come here often before work to get a smoothie or a quick breakfast bite. The owner will remember your order and I love that! It gives you the sense that they actually take the time to care about their customers. The smoothies are always tasty and the food is good. I have yet to try some other items. They could have a larger selection of smoothies but I'm sure corporate controls all of that. Smoothies come out quick, food takes a little more time. But overall, I am please with this location as well as the location up on North Dale Mabry. Thanks guys!

My experience at Tropical Smoothie on West Neptune was amazing. The service was spectacular and the smoothie was out of this world. I would recommend only this Tropical Smoothie to my friends and family. I definitely think everyone should experience the outstanding smoothies, food, and service at Tropical Smoothie on West Neptune.

This is the best tropical smoothie location I have been at so far! The service was quick and the employees very respectful welcoming. It was very clean and nicely set up. They had new clear blockers at the register that add further protection from the Covid-19 virus. I highly recommend this tropical smoothie too anyone who wants a healthy refreshing smoothie or a tasty meal or even both! They recently added their grilled cheeses back on the menu for the winter season, and I am so excited. They are some of the best grilled cheeses i’ve ever had and my kids love them! Visit this Tropical Smoothie as soon as you can!

Cute smoothie place with good options. They have plenty of fun, fresh options and the smoothies are large. I’ve liked all the smoothies I’ve tried so far. I really like the Bahama Mama smoothie, I get it all the time! They have some other great options too.

I like to switch it up with food and try new things every time. So far, I have never been disappointed with anything I’ve tried. Employees are fast and friendly. Will definitely continue coming back!

I've been going to these cafes forever and am never disappointed with the quality of food. Along with its very healthy, delicious, and affordable food this tropical smoothie cafe has all of the staff and customers wearing masks. Thankfully some restaurant are conducting business responsibly in a pandemic!

The best staff ever. Extremely nice and quick to say hello. There is a lady that is so nice to everyone it makes me smile every time I see her. They are very consistent in the taste of their smoothies and the Flatbread are always good.

The Best smoothies & food around! I was traveling to visit tampa from Naples & by far they beat all the naples and Bonita stores! If your trying to decide between this store and another one nearby just go to this one! They not only will get your order correct but it will be served fresh and with a side of “Smiles”! Thank you! (we had Quesadillas, flatbreads and several smoothies my kids were happy)

This place is incredible. Im from New York born and raised. My grand parents are full breed jamaican so you can't fool me with supposedly healthy products. These are the real Doctors that are honestly using nature of God, to keeple their consumers with great health. Omg the Island green add a little almonds, and ginger. I was diagnosed to have asthma. Long story short this drink is the solution. This place should be much bigger and well recognized even more than a 5 star rating. Love this place

I called to place an order was placed on hold to no one ever to come back. Called 11 times. No answer. It is 130pm On a Friday. I went inside the store Only saw two people inside. Placed my order and got my smoothie in less than five minutes. Great service once I got inside terrible service if you call on the phone.

Quick service. Friendly staff. Love that they offered to hold off on additional sweetener. Lots of people aren't aware that additional sweeteners are added to fruit smoothies.

I’ve been to many Tropical Smoothies and this one is for sure the best I have been to in Florida. The manager Lalith is very sweet and always gives me a warm welcome anytime I enter the store. He makes the best and most consistent smoothies that I have tasted. My personal favorite is the island green smoothie because it is low calorie and is healthy. Their food is also very underrated especially their flatbreads. If you haven’t tried this place out, make sure you do

Love this place. Their food and smoothies are so delicious! I love the gratitude the manager gives me everytime I enter. He has a good connection with his customers and always make sure they leave happy. One time he had some extra smoothie in the blender that he made for me and gave it to me in an extra cup. Another time I even catered from this place (20 food and smoothie) and the items tasted like they were just made. I’ve been to the place a lot and not only does he treat his customers right but helps his employees when there is any confusion. Really good place to be to eat and drink and to not cheat your diet:).

Amazing green island smoothie, acai smoothie berry smoothie was very refreshing and soothing to have it. Also the vegan quesadilla was above and beyond. Despite, of the COVID-19 the service was very good and hygiene of the customer was placed first. Service was very prompt. Manager was very kind and friendly. Smoothie was very rich in fruits not too much icy or watery. It have never given me chance to complain about the food or services. Manager is very kind and generous always makes sure each customer have received the properly.
