Cheese n chicken quesadilla was good, only good thing here, chicken and chorizo had pineapple chunks in it for their so called "pineapple salsa" jalapeño corn was very mediocre, no mayo or lime, just sweet roasted corn, good but I was expecting better. Service was amazing, very kind, quick as well, people were great, food was a 3.5/10.

If I had a nickel every time I had chicken in my “three cheese CHICKEN quesadilla” I would have zero cents, which is concerning because the word chicken is in the menu name.

New favorite resturaunt! The young lady who made our order, Danielle, was very sweet and accommodating with my sister, 62, who has severe hearing problems from her lifelong Tinnitus. This is the BEST location i have EVER been to in my 54 years and i will be back! I loved the Flatbread so much I bought some for my church!

Hi, we visited your location this afternoon at 4: 07pm with my son. We order a chicken bacon ranch flatbread and got charged for a chicken bacon ranch flatbread. When I got my order they gave me a chipotle flatbread. We went up and spoke with a guy and told him this isn’t correct can we get this fixed. He then answered saying, no, sorry we can’t fix it since everything else was right beside the sauce. We can give you a side a ranch. This is unacceptable. I paid for a chicken bacon ranch flatbread and expect to receive this item. To not get what I purchased and be told I cant get it fixed because of your policy. Is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Where is the customer service? Being told that the only option I have is to scrape the old sauce off and have a side of ranch. This is ridiculous and site lacks proper management skills.

My girlfriend ordered a smoothie because she had a free one, but while she was on her way to pick it up she got into a car accident. We spent the next hour speaking with the police to get everything sorted out. When she got to Tropical Smoothie, she told them what happened and asked if she could have her smoothie remade since it had been sitting there for an hour - and they did it without any hesitation, even though the first one was as free to begin with.

This is my first time here, and I will be back. I ordered a smoothie as well, and it was delicious! Thank you guys for being so considerate.

Called 4 minutes before they closed. I was very surprised they even picked up to be honest and was so polite. I asked the gentleman over the phone if we could just rush in to get some cookies for the kids and he was so kind and sweet to say “yes of course”. I would highly recommend stopping by this Tropical Cafe for great service, food and friendly staff! Thank you for being so kindhearted!

I love their smoothies! They went a little too heavy on the ginger in my detox green smoothie so next time I'm going to ask them to just do half the amount they normally put in, but otherwise it was really good. That is my favorite smoothie to get there. Also they have good customer service.

Didn't Even Order. Walked right out after being looked at like I shouldn't be in there. I've been Craving the New Sangria Smoothie. There where to Clients in the Store and three employees. Noone even looked in my direction. It ok. I'm having a nice lunch in Jersey Mike's. That greeted me as soon as I opened the door. Not looking for a Welcome to Moe's but at least Say Hello
