Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Tallahassee FL

I’ve never really thought the food here would be as good as it was, but I tried the new chicken chorizo and it was delicious especially with the pineapple sauce. The kale and carrot coleslaw were good surprisingly. They’re usually pretty decent with time, but this location is smaller.

Cashier texted for a full FIVE minutes before she made eye contact and took my offer. I was standing in front of the register and was the only customer waiting. Do better!

I have had my account hacked four times at this store. I've contacted the store, the owner, and corporate. My account was supposed to be blocked here but guess what, it happened again today. Double check your accounts, receipts, and orders.

I've called customer service twice AND spoken to the owner of the store twice. Nothing is being done. My account has been depleted of all my points that I've purchased. My suggestion is to stay away from this franchise at all costs. Seems to me if they truly cared about the customer they would have the decency to at least try and make it right.

Our Tropical Smoothie app was hacked and 5 transactions have taken place at this location. We reside in Oklahoma and have never visited this location. I reported the activity to the owner Garth and headquarters several times to no avail. We've changed our passwords, canceled credit cards and had our rewards points fraudulently taken. Seems this is a dishonest company.

Amazingly disrespectful crew. I ordered 3 smoothies, the cashier only rang up 2. So I had to place another order (no problem really mistakes happen). When my smoothies came up I went to get my food and the asian lady (I didnt catch her name because she walked away as soon as she could) who was making the smoothies stopped me from getting my second order telling me very rudely "Not you. " I tried to explain I placed a second order and she cut me off midsentence with an even ruder and louder "NOT YOU! ", I then told her if she would let me finish my sentence that I had placed 2 orders. She didnt believe me and consulted the cashier before realizing her mistake.without apologizing at all for how she treated me she quickly went into the back room. I am absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service and the utter rudeness of this employee. I've been going to tropical smoothie for well over 15 years and this store in particular for at least 8 years and I've never seen a more unprofessional team. I suppose that she may have felt rushed it being the day after black friday at 1: 30 so its the lunch rush, but if you make this mistake and act like a complete child, at least have the courtesy to acknowledge your mistake. SMH.
