Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Stuart FL

Today is November 15th, 4: 20 pm. The was NO customers in the store and EVERY EMPLOYEE ON THEIR CELL. 3 employees looked at me, said nothing and continued on their cell. I feel pity for the owner of this place. Such a disgrace.

Never going back to this location!

Oh, and whoever is the owner, look at the cameras so you know I am telling the truth!

Waited for so long, not even a "Hi" or "we'll be with you in a moment". I left the store. Not coming back again.

Ordered with UberEats, wrap, smoothie & kids meal- all was good but just wish they had option to put Buffalo sauce on the side in the app.

I was in the mood for juice and formerly loved this organic juice shop. Sadly my experience was bad.

Approx 10: 30am 6/24/23 I ordered the 20 oz specialty smoothie, tropical triumph for $9.31. I didn’t realize it at the time but they gave me a 12.5 oz smooth. See pictures.

They gave me another 12.5 order and did nothing to make up for the hassle / their screw up. My little dog had to sit in the car in the Florida sun, 89 degrees.

I am very disappointed and cannot recommend this organic juice shop (even if it is the only organic juice shop around).

I do like the expansive layout compared to the old but wasting my time on a hot day is no fun. What a hassle to correct their shortchanging my order.

Everytime I go in Janesa n Jazzmarie always knows what I want and they always greet me with me a smile

This tropical smoothie is unkept and untidy. The staff has no customer service training at all and barley knows what they are doing. On top of that the order was incorrect. Not a great experience here.

I want to start with the positive first. The cashier was very nice and tried to help me out. I had a recent issue at this TSC where my coupon from the app did not scanned. The cashier assured me it went thru but when I saw my receipt sure enough it didn't. Cashier tried to help me out by offering a refund. The manager did not allowed it claiming I could go and use the coupon that expired that day BTW at another location. It was their mistake, I asked if the coupon had gone through and the cashier said yes before completing the transaction. The cashier tried to advocate for me but the manger was not having it, she was so rude to the cashier that she had to closed the door behind her so I could not continue listening to their conversation. I hope the cashier makes it to Manager by replacing the current one. Definitely not a the customer is right type of place.

Uhh the lady was looking deep into my soul. Also i ordered a Thai chicken but i get a wrap. Why is there a wrap and a salad both named "Thai chicken"?

They don’t greet you, they don’t ask how can they help you- they just stare at you and wait for you to speak. They do not speak to you other than telling you how much you owe. They definitely need training in customer service.

I was waiting at the counter for someone to notice I came in- there was no music on so it was silent and two girls working.
The one girl didn’t even say thank you or anything to anyone who came in. Just rude and looked like she wanted to do the bare minimum.

Only giving one star because the other girl that was working was nice and said thank you to customers and greeted them.
