I have been having trouble with my knees for years when I asked Dr.cheater Man if he could help me instead of just giving me pain medicine, he agreed I could happily say it’s been a year with no pain in my knees his staff they’re awesome

Take time to listen me, concern about to improve my health issues, excellent professional.
To me, 5 stars isn’t expressing my gratitude with him and he’s staff provides.
For years I got disappointed with doctors, and I have been looking for efficient doctors + with a good staffs, it is very difficult to find a good professional in the health area together with the employees.
But I found it! Dr. Troy with he’s staff, they are always ready to help with excellent service.

Dr. Cheatham is awesome! Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review about an extremely rude employee that sometimes answers the phone with a nasty attitude. She stated she would provide me a Doc note because my arm was determined by doc it needs surgery. I called at 3: 00pm and she stated she would send me the note, after an hour I never received the note so I called back only for her to yell at me over the phone that she was busy because phones are ringing! Wow, why don’t you go get a job walking people’s pets if you can’t handle your current duties. I seriously hope someone can train this person how to speak to customers/patients/members/and people in general! I have read other reviews about rudeness and now I see where it could be coming from.

Troy is the very best. He takes his time with each of his patients. He always goes the extra mile and he listens to his patients. He doesn’t let you down.

First time at this office. I must say Dr. Troy was very professional, caring and listened to my problems. Highly recommend this location and doctor.
Front desk medical assistant was so kind and helpful. I called on a Friday and they scheduled me on a Saturday even though they see limited patients on a Saturday. Dr. Troy did xrays and gave me the needed treatment to start to ease my back and leg problems.
