This pierced to be the perfect evening stop. It is right off the I-75 exit, there are restaurants close by as well as gas stations. This facility was put in to be pure convenience. The beds are super comfortable and there isn't a lot of noise bleed through either.

We had a large room block here for a corporate group and they were very easy to work with. When I walked in the front door it smelled so clean and fresh. You don't experience that in hotels very often. Staff was visibly cleaning public areas during the morning. Rooms were also clean and comfortable.

Clean room and bug free. Beds kept sliding on the frame like the mattress did not quite fit. Only had a mini-fridge and very little storage space. Stayed two nights, which was too long with how uncomfortable the mattresses were and if you wanted to use the microwave you had to go downstairs to the lobby, which is inconvenient when you are in your PJ's.

Stayed here for a local wedding. Everyone was friendly and inviting. The Evening team members were awesome and helped where they could with our group. The guy who works the night shift was extraordinary.

I was in Lake City for a week due to work and they put me up here at Tru. The rooms are very nice and modern, and I loved the fact that there was plenty of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, etc.) stocked in the room. My first night the hand soap was empty, but the young man at the front desk was more than happy to come up and replace it. Also, since we were all placed here and had to leave really early most of our time there for work, one of the night managers was kind enough to put out the continental breakfast for us two hours earlier. The only thing the rooms lacked was a microwave and coffee maker, but free coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby and there is also a microwave in the lobby to use. I did not get a chance to use the pool or small gym though, but the location is ideal as it is easy off I-75 and plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc around. If I ever were to stay in Lake City again, I definitely stay here again.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Staff was friendly, room was spotless, and breakfast was delicious. Big plus for me was the Tesla chargers.

We drove over 12 hours on our way to Florida for a cruise and decided to stay a night. Well, from the rude and unattentive "kids" at the front desk to the disgusting room where do I start. The front desk couldn't be bothered with us when we were trying to check in. A young Indian guy couldn't even make eye contact with us and explained the breakfast information and check out information in one quickly muttered sentence which we couldn't even understand. The room was nasty as well. A big ball of hair greeted us in the shower drain, along with a stopped up sink that was spewing up sludge as we tried to brush our teeth. The pillows were flat, 2 pillows were like sleeping on a rock as well as a lumpy, uncomfortable mattress. Now for the hot, fresh breakfast. What we saw was 3 cold, so called rubber omelettes and lukewarm sausage. No potatoes or bacon was to be found. The pancake machine had no batter in it and when my husband let them know, she disappeared for 20 minutes only to bring back a bag of pre mixed batter. I thought she was back there mixing up batter she took that long to return. When I called customer service at Hilton, I was transferred to the local hotel. The manager was rude and nasty and accused the hair of being mine and shooting down every one of our complaints. When we said we felt she should try and make things right, maybe a discount on the room, she flat out told us no. I told her I was going to dispute the charges with my credit card company, she told me I was on a recorded line and threatened to report us to authorities for fraudulent activity. This place is disgusting and we will never return there or to ANY Hilton hotel and rest assured the BBB will be informed as well! Let me add we checked out on September 30th in the morning. Whoever the manager was working that morning either needs to be retrained on her customer service skills or FIRED! She was extremely rude and threatened us. Seriously? You work customer service, learn how to act as a professional or find another line of work.

Budget motel cheaply made, front desk called it "for minimalist" good place to get out of the rain

Hotel staff was non-existent when we arrived, and absolutely no help when we left our personal pillows. I can only assume they were thrown away without any attempt to determine the owner. Even after I called them the next morning, there was no sense of urgency to investigate or otherwise try to help.

The hotel itself is fine. Just don’t rely on the staff to help in any way if you ever need it.

Small, minimalist rooms, ample parking, and great hot breakfast options. Refillable hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash instead of single use plastic bottles aligned with my values beautifully. Way to go, Tru! Loved my stay here!

The room is very. I mean very small. No sitting area.at all. No bar soap.squeeze bottle but its hard to get soap. This is just not for me.an extremely BUDGET hotel.

We like the Tru hotels. The lobby is a friendly place to hangout. I can grab a snack or drink and they charge it to my room without me having to wait in line

It was good, extremely hard to open room doors, to the tune of 35 lb pull.
Many people may have difficulty with this.

I have stayed Tru by Hilton because I'm Hilton stay member but I didn't like house keeping knocking on my door 10AM when check out is 12 noon. Wake me up I'm sure you have a list of room that guest have checked out already.
