Drinks were delicious. Boba was chewy and scrumptious. The highlight was the dessert waffle!

I purchased a sunrise tea, tasted no tea, just tasted like watered down orange juice. The shop doesn't sell any loose teas. I could make this myself at home with ease, and it wouldn't cost 7 dollars and would taste better. The shop itself looked like any local coffee shop. The young lady who took my order was friendly, but when I asked about loose teas she had no idea what I was talking about, which in my opinion is odd, considering she works in a tea shop.

I wish I knew about this place earlier! Very low key, nice environment, and goooooood drinks! I'll be coming back often!

I live this place, and I feel conflicted to let peopl know this place. It's such a cute shope with a nice vibe. Wednesday afternoon was not busy at all, so i was able to get my milk tea in seconds. The drinks are great, and woth the free wifi the place is great for studying. Would highly recommend to people who want a quiet place to study and want something to drink other than coffee.

Atmosphere: The space is small but has an assortment of seating such as bar stools and couches. They even have a cute wall with a neon sign to take pictures in front of.
Service: The girls were kind and answered my questions as well as gave me some recommendations!
Menu items: The whole menu is dedicated to tea options that vary from basic hot and cold, milk teas, teas with ice cream, and more! Their signature food item is waffles, but they also have a small refrigerated area with a variety of other light food items and drinks to go with the teas!

I find the concept of the place to be unique as we don’t have any shops in Pensacola that are solely focused on teas!

I live an hour away and I will drive an hour to satisfy my boba cravings. This place is worth the drive, the atmosphere’s calm, perfect for if you wanna just catch up w a friend or alone, to study. The drinks are made beautifully, I’ve had their brown sugar milk tea and tried the keke drink (If you’re an ube and Oreo lover, try this drink!) overall I’m happy:)

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My wife and I ordered a Strawberry Matcha Latte and a Passion Fruit Tea with Honey Boba, they both tasted great! The staff members were very friendly and welcoming as well. We’ll be coming back for sure!

Such a great place! The Vietnamese coffee is fire. The ladies at the register are always so friendly and nice! I had the strawberry matcha as well and the strawberry puree great. Excited to try all their drinks. Bringing a new friend every time I visit just to spread the news about this place!

Had the pleasure of sipping the "daydream tea" and was absolutely taken by the hibiscus rose flavor. It's tantalizing to the taste buds and leaves a memorable impression. A must-try for anyone visiting Tru Teas! Highly recommend.

I’ve only gone there twice but their service has been great and they seem always happy to answer questions about anything on their menu.

If you're already as sweet as me and don't need much more sweetness, try the Out of This World tea. It was fantastic! Get ready to see me again soon Tru Tea, as now I'm addicted to the Out of This World experience!

My new favorite place! Such a great atmosphere to relax in. The two lady’s working there, Autumn and Michelle, were very sweet and easy to talk too! The tea was awesome as well. Definitely coming back for more soon!

Waited to give my review until after I tried a couple drinks.

First impression, love the ambiance and overall aesthetic of the business. Super cute chairs that are comfortable, which is great especially if you are a college student, business individual, or just need a place to catch up with friends! Also, I’m obsessed with the cute green sofa in front of the “Spill the Tea” sign.

Customer service was really great both times I visited. I was greeted from the moment I walked in and everyone was friendly. My questions were answered and it was awesome to learn that I can customize the sweetness of a drink.

Now to the most important part, the drinks! The sunrise tea was pretty! The name suits the visual representation of the drink. The taste was refreshing and was just what I needed on a hot day. The other drink I tried was the Signature Brown Sugar Milk Tea. OH MY DELICIOUSNESS - it was so good! This drink was a little nostalgic, as it reminded me of the flavor of my cereal milk as a kid after eating HoneyCombs. This drink is a 10/10 and is currently my recommendation for everyone to try.

Overall, I look forward to trying more drinks and next time will try the pastry items! It was nice to see vegetarian and vegan options.

Very cute place with a nice atmosphere, I really love the decorations and such, however, the drinks (the main focus of the restaurant) we’re not very good at all, the Twisted Thai Tea had no real flavor and what I could taste was not very enjoyable. My SO had the Vietnamese coffee and it like it either, it was very bitter with no other real discernible flavor. The service was not necessarily bad however we did not feel welcome, the lady who took our order was very short and with an attitude, just did not seem pleased to be working there. Hope it gets better! However for the time being this will NOT be my go-to boba tea shop in the area
