TruBlue Pools, Palm Coast FL

TruBlue Pools recently resurfaced and retile our pool and jacuzzi in Ocean Hammock. This was not an easy job as in addition to normal resurfacing and retiling, the project also entailed demolition and removal of fieldstone that was installed around the jacuzzi and two large planters. Next, all of these surfaces, as well as the pool water line for installing the new tile. They also installed large coping tiles on top of the jacuzzi and old planters to provide new top exposed surfaces. The new glass blue tile had a great iridescent finish to top it all off- the whole job looks great. Josh, the business owner was responsive, did everything he promised, and he also answered calls in a timely manner over the course of the several weeks of work. It not only looks great, but since he did such a great job, I’m turning over my pool service to TruBlue Pools. I highly recommend
them for resurfacing and tile work.

Also had TruBlue do some valve and drain repairs about 9 months after the pool resurfacing and tile job. Once again great service, responsive and fixed my leak!

Josh and Jacob are pretty awesome. Had my pool resurfaced (the azure blue looks amazing), converted from Chlorine to saltwater and had a heat pump installed. They are always responsive, follow up immediately and do outstanding work. I give my highest recommendation to TruBlue Pools.

I feel like I got robbed. They charged me $250 to replace a cracked union and I actually paid since they were recommended thinking they would be fair. Not only was it a 5 minute job, but I got quotes from other more honest companies for $95 plus parts (around $36). Unfortunately those quotes came in after Trublue had done the job! They are opportunist! I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We had a house fire. Pool sat for 18 months. Never thought we could recover it but Josh and his boys acid washed it and now looks like new. Best pool service you can get bar none.

Wow you don’t know what a perfectly clean properly balanced pool is until you hire Trublue. I switched from a company that came with my pool builder and what a difference. Excellent service, very detailed weekly reports and pictures. They take their time and do an excellent job.

Mr Josh Robertson is such a bright gentleman he has always done amazing work for our pool and spa. Always on time very polite young gentlemen. Thank You Josh

I am so happy I called True Blue Pools and here’s why. Over the weekend my pool pump stopped working and the water turned green.

I thought for sure I was going to need a new pump and was all prepared to buy one until Tim told me the timer was off and needed to be adjusted and that’s it!

True blue is my new pool guy and will be calling them again soon so they can convert my pool from chlorine to salt.
