Extremely unprofessional place. They will lie to you about everything. WARNING. Stay away from them unless you want to spend so much time there and not getting your truck fixed. Kevin Orejuela employee over there who first have very poor knowledge of mechanics, and it’s only focus to lying to the customers.

I just called them to ask them for an estimate of the brakes of a truck and they tell me that they can't tell me because they can only do it if I take the car for them to check it out.if i could i would give it -1 star

Thieves. Take it in for one thing, and guess what, they will tell you a hundred other things are wrong. And you'll pay no matter what. Once they have your truck, your not getting back until you pay. What a joke. Steer clear of this place

I must say once again christian ortiz saves the day. Everytime i have an issue he goes out of his way to take of care of me even when they are crazy busy. He is once of the best service advisors ive ever worked with in my life. Every time i take my truck in for service he is always constantly giving me updates. I cant asked for more. One of my major trucks for my business last night developed a major fuel leak and within 24 hrs i had my truck up and running. Always goes the extra mile. Thank you so much christian.

Don’t do ordered service in time. 4 times say next day. 3 day job do 3 weeks. After I picked up my truck. I Loose part of my front bumper 2 miles from service. It fully damaged. Truck Max no responsibility and don’t compensate anything.

Calls on a Tow Truck that they had on their website this is about the fourth time I’ve tried to purchase a vehicle from them that they are advertising on their website and they never have the truck advertised the first thing they say is sorry we had just sold the truck every time!

If you sold every single Tow Truck that you advertising on your website why do you keep them up still wasting peoples time then giving us attitude about it

This is probably on the worst truck mechanics in south Florida these guys are scammers and have no care.they make up magical numbers In their head and charge you. I recently came in because my truck was shaking… let’s just say 4k later it’s still shaking and they did a horrible repair job.

Very disappointed purchased 4 trucks and 3 of the truck had mechanical problems. These are new trucks I thought being a well known company would sell good working trucks. Not buying again.
