Dr. Teske and the staff at True Eye Experts are amazing. Every member of our family is a patient there and we highly recommend their services. They are great with kids and adults. They are timely, professional, and extremely detail oriented. I have purchased both frames and lenses there on several occasions, and they take great care and time in making sure the fit is proper for the person. We are very happy to have an eye Doctor we can trust for all our eye care needs.

The entire staff were amazing, knowledgeable, helpful, and. I could go on and on. This was my first time there for both of my young sons. They especially did an amazing job with my 4 year old. I am not one to normally write a review, however I felt the level of service and professionalism was so refreshing that’s I had to say something, i called in the morning as I was concerned about symptoms that weren’t something I had dealt with before so I was really concerned. They fitted me in within a couple of hours and Taylor was my doctor and she treated me with compassion and concern i really felt that they wanted me to fill better and was going to try to get to the issue, I had a lot of different tests and was informed every step of the way, why they was doing the test, the Doctor was so professional and really went in depth of how they was going to get to the bottom of the issue, it made me feel really comfortable and at ease, I would highly recommend Dr Taylor Radich extremely satisfied and relieved

The entire process was exceptional. From the initial call to the exit procedure. I can’t say enough for the service as well as the doctor. Will recommend to anyone. Thank you so much.

Dr. Randich and her staff (Erin) are by far the best group of professionals I have come across. They are caring, supportive, and truly amazing.

I had a great experience at True Eyes Experts of Lutz, what a professional, chill staff, Antonia was amazing, she took care of all my questions. When I was taken to the back, I didn't get his name but he was awesome, took me through the process of getting the exams in an easy way and he was easygoing making the process feel cool. Dr Randich was absolutely amazing, she made sure she explained everything on the results, answered my questions and had such a kind personality and then back to Antonia, she helped me find the best frames for my new glasses, helped me pick the best options and was transparent throughout the whole thing. Definitely now my favorite place to get eye care and I absolutely recommend it to anybody that needs it.

The staff at True Eye Experts Lutz were absolutely amazing! From the front desk with Jessica, precheck with John, to Dr. Taylor. Also it was so sweet for Erin to offer water while I waited. Definitely reccomend!

Amazing focus on detail and customer experience at this location. My optometrist was caring, ensured I understood every step of what they check. While I do have healthy eyes it felt good to have someone verify that. They gave me a prescription for computer glasses to ensure I reduce eye strain and keep my eyes health. The staff and Dr remembered my family even though we all came in separately. Highly recommend to anyone and will be returning next year.

I had the best service from the front desk, to the optician, to the eye Doctor Randich! They went above and beyond to help me see better and gave me outstanding service, the high tech machines they have for the eye exams were highly impressive as well so if you’re looking for a great eye center, here’s where you should come to!
