Look for the pink balloons near the parking lot and you've arrived. The staff is plentiful, service is impeccable, and the merchandise is well organized. The back of the store features clothing designers like St John, Gucci, and Chanel. They have handbags and housewares too. If you have quality items you no longer need, this place looks like a good place to refresh and exchange via consignment.

Every time I walk into this beauty of a shop I find excellent service and wonderful dresses, scarves, and shoes.
Obviously they have even more items but these are my particular thrills.
I would like to acknowledge the superior staff this shop has been able to attract and keep.
Much of the joy of shopping is the feel you get from the staff that makes a store what it really is.
In particular, Melanie who manages the room rotations and gives friendly feedback with a great attitude is a gifted find and Grace at the checkout desk makes you feel wonderful about your choices.
Others on this staff have impacted my positive shopping experience as well and I only wish I had their names to acknowledge them.
When a business has this many positive associates they are doing more than a few things right; great job to them all!

I was there Monday, and I wanted to purchase a Purse Chanel Tan Quilted for $2,759. I asked for 22% discount that was online. The clerk was very arrogant and told me that they couldn't give the 22% because it was only to purchase online. I explained to her that I did see the ad until Sunday, and I wanted to see the purse before I purchased it. It's too bad the owner lost the sale of her bag

I love consigning my clothes here so much! The girls at the counter are amazing and friendly, and the staff is always great at delivering the things they rejected back to me in a fast and efficient manner. In addition, I can spend hours here and find so many amazing things to use the money I made on! Don’t sleep on their Lilly section… it’s the most popular rack!

Brought in many clothes and shoes to resale. They took about half of my things. Very organized and I was pleased that 95% of my items sold. Will bring more clothing there to resale.

Love visiting this store. Lots of clothing in the XS range. Easy to maneuver the racks and find the right sizes. Always have success on each visit. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Great prices and the clothing that I have selected are in perfect shape. Looking forward to my next visit.

No restroom in a high-end, resale fashion store for women? I understood it during Covid but cannot understand it today. A store that caters to women (100s) over 50 to come to the store and don’t have access to a bathroom and are sent across the parking lot to Starbucks. Really really sad! Shame on you.

Bought a necklace and the piece didn't make it home before the stone fell out. Left 3 messages and no one is responding!

I had a dress I wanted to buy; however, I wanted to try it on before spending almost $100 on a dress from a resale store. The lady told me that the fitting rooms were already closed because they were closing the store soon. It was still 10 minutes before their posted closing time and I had driven all the way from another city. It would have taken me about 2 minutes to try on the dress I wanted to buy but they were rude and unpleasant. Needless to say, I definitely did not purchase anything from them and I will NOT be returning!
