Staff is very friendly very clean And you need to make an appointment to see you doctor and there's handicapped parking

The customer service was inviting. The office is a bit outdated but the atmosphere was peaceful. Dr. Simpkins was absolutely amazing! Her bedside manners were A1. She was able listen, laugh, and make us feel comfortable. Michelle was our nurse, she was so sweet. Thank you ladies for making a complicated situation simple. My daughter can breathe easily now.

I had an amazing experience with Gloria Torrens, very kind and really listened to all my needs. And her MA was very kind and even noticed I was waiting a little long to checkout and made my next appointment for me. Don’t let the bad reviews deter you, this place offers lots of services and everyone is super kind

I do not like true health they have really bad service there when I go for my appointment or call for my appointment no one answer the phone. So being said and you have to wait when the doctor come in to see you and it takes forever

Five star because we walked in girl in the front she said hello very friendly. She asked if we had an appointment. We told her we wanted to make an appointment it was at first time she told us to go to the second window. The lady name was Jessica. Was very nice. We are finally my husband and I had a lot of questions. She answered what she knew and if she didn’t know she asked the lady next to her Angela so between them 2 all my questions were answered. Other thing that I appreciate about Jessica is the fact that if she didn’t know how to answer my question, she’ll make sure that she had an answer for me. That was very nice of her. Thank you Jessica and Angela. Made me feel very comfortable.

If there was the option to give it 0 stars that is the one I would have put. My dissatisfaction with this place is so much that all they deserve is for this place to be shut down. On February 20, I took my son to his pediatrician Héctor Obtaviani to give him two vaccinations. Two days later they call me and tell me that the vaccine that was given to my son was expired and that the nurse had not Noticing the date, my God, how can something like this happen like a nurse is going to forget to check the date, he is only a 10-year-old boy, who thank God has not had any major effects, but nothing more to imagine that they have that nurse incapable of doing her job and that there are children who are in danger, the truth is crazy. I filed the complaint with superiors, she took care of me. I think it's called Luz who agreed to call me to let me know the measures they were going to take with the nurse and give me the data of the nurse who did such an atrocious act and they never called me back I don't know if to cover their backs. I don't know how far I'm going to go with this but the Florida medical board has to finding out that there is a nurse at True Health kills s years that there is no act to attend to humans and less children

I don’t like it here or any of the other locations that I have visited. Have not felt any OBGYN stability none of my pregnancy due to not feeling that true patient care/support. It makes me miss back home so much. Working at a family health center for 8 yrs I can legit feel the difference. It’s like everyone is lost, don’t know what’s going on, misinformation, I’ve had 1,000 different due dates, I drive over 30 minutes each visit and barely keep up w/ my appts b/c I feel like I know more about my pregnancy than the care team who comes in for 5 minutes and then screams done. I’m so over it all. I only switched b/c initial provider doesn’t accept my secondary insurance, but this was not a smart move for me at all.

I’ve tried to use the mytruehealth website to make an appointment since no-one EVER answers the phone and you’re put on hold for hours however, I can’t even make an appointment through that and I needed to Reschedule…definitely no luck.

I called my prescriptions in on Sunday the 8th. Left a message for pharmacy to also fill my inhaler.received a phon
e message on Monday the 9th from them stating I had 6 prescriptions ready. I arrived on the 10th only to be told my prescriptions had been sent back because they only keep them a week! I DID NOT RECEIVE SNY NOTIFICATION PRIOR TO THIS ANOUT RX BEING READY. Someone dropped the ball and I can only assume it was the person that did not send the patient texts! Funny thing is the gentleman after me experienced the same NO TEXT. Needs some organization. I depend on some one else for a ride

This place is horrible. The Spanish speaking lady at front desk can barely understand English. I waited an hour to get my lab results printed out and she printed out the wrong paper, then I had to wait an additional 30 min til she printed out the correct documents I asked for. Melissa communications is definitely bad. Instead of talking to me about things she assume and makes up lies. The doctor herrera lies in her doctor reports

I wish I could give zero stars.
My step father was diagnosed with COPD at True Health, and a month later he was dead; lung cancer.
I truly believe he died because he could not afford a private doctor.
You will get third rate care here.

I recommended true health to so many over the years and had to come with 3 different people and realized that the facility within the last 3 years have gone down the drain from the moment you walk in you see the bias and the doctors no longer listen to the patients concern and address them. You sit in a room for an hour waiting to be seen. Very disappointed to see the services going downhill.the worst is talking about others in Spanish because you assume no one understands. I was so surprised. I will not recommend to anyone anymore. I would love to be a patient advocate for this facility as several changes will need to take place.

Very poorly run facility in need of unbiased staff. They literally cater to the Latin community if you are anything else expect to be tossed to the side while they talk about you in Spanish. They then have all patients discuss private information in front of everyone disregarding HIPAA laws. It's very bad and you're better off going to the county health department then this True Health facility. Walk-ins were at 1: 45pm and although several others of latin background were behind me as walk ins they were seen first. It's now 3: 40pm and still nothing but others had appointments which is a lie because they waited in the walk-in line with me.

My appointment has been rescheduled twice, after 3 er visits for the thing I'm seeing them for. The lady that called last time actually told me that it's because pregnant patients are more valuable. So because I CAN'T have more kids, my care is less valuable. Then told me to call my provider for another choice. This was the other choice, but instead of being honest 5 months ago and saying they're only seeing pregnancy patients, they just keep pushing me off.

Being new from out of state & trying to get my daughter signed up for high school with the correct medical records, ecg, vaccines, etc has been unreal. Yasmine went above & beyond today to help us out and saved us an hour trip back. I am beyond grateful for everything she did for us! They are great with kids of all ages. Highly recommend!
