This location is literally the best, definitely a 5 out of 5 I believe Ellis and Juana are their names. They were literally so patient and made sure that all my questions were answered and helped me with everything I needed tysm

This afternoon, I was treated at this institution by a very kind boy with all the kindness and decency possible, to whom I thank him very much because he does a good job and is very willing to help the patients.

OMG! I just want to say thank you and acknowledge how much help Kiara at the front desk is. I was having a horrible day but Kiara and the MA for behavioral health (Brianna) went OVER and BEYOND to make sure I got the help I needed. Such a small act of kindness goes such a long way in this world. They not only provided great customer service skills but the empathy and sympathy they both showed for me made me feel so much better. It’s just a different feeling knowing that someone actually cares about their job and are not doing it just because. Please give those ladies a raise. Or at least buy them some lunch lol. -signed an anxious woman

I recommend their good service, both health and dental, from the beginning they have been very gentle and kind. In particular, Juana, who attends to the Dental part, is super attentive and with unique and special attention, for her patients are important, that is how I have felt every time she treats me, great experience! Ellis at the front desk guy was great. He had very good customer service and was very patient with me! Dr. Jaime Caballero, my children's pediatrician, is incredible and concerned about my children's health! Unique and special attention. 100% RECOMMENDED

I have today an appointment in the Dental department and the staff Ellis and Juana was very friendly and very helpful, thanks for help

Had an appointment at 9: 20 this morning for a telehealth visit. At 11 am they still did not come into the "online office". Called the phone number (call center) to be transferred to "patient advocacy" for a remedy. Their message states they will call back within 4 business hours.

I had an amazing experience at True Health - Lake Underhill, thanks to Ellis and Juana! Their exceptional care and expertise made my visit truly outstanding. The entire staff was friendly and attentive, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend True Health - Lake Underhill, and I can't thank Ellis and Juana enough for their top-notch service!

My Autistic son (26 yrs.) had a dentist appointment today. The staff was very nice and considerate of his situation. Ms. Isidora was the dental assistant that worked with him and she was very accommodating with his challenges not once did she seem as if this was hard for her. Dr. Brooks was very nice and funny. She addressed him and me equally. She took her time, not once did we feel as if she was rushing us. She actually came back in to speak with him when he forgot something else he wanted to discuss. Very satisfied.

Do not see Joslyn O’Connor Bear. She obviously doesn’t know how to do her job. She prescribed my mom a medication and said but I have to check with the doctor. She then says we will give her to lower dose. The pharmacy received the prescription and the direction of use does not match the qty prescribed. I have called and the office says wait two days and tomorrow is the weekend. I have left a message and the pharmacy sent a fax. I have never seen a nurse practitioner that needs 4 days to write a prescription.

Came for a walk in appointment they told me it will take almost a month to be seen by a doctor. And that I can't get an appointment at any time that works around my schedule even though they are open. They don't care if people need to see a doctor or not. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you don't work and don't have to pay bills.

Do not go to lake Underhill dental my brother went there and he is experiencing a lot pain after that so call dentist remove one of his teeth. He was feeling pain since the moment she started removing the teeth until the end and he has been in pain ever since.i guess because is low income you get bad dental services.
