Friendly and helpful staff. Mercedes, Maria at the front desk and nurse that helped us are very friendly. We were in and out quick with the baby.

We were treated in Suite 14, we went to consult with Dr. Rosario Martínez whom we esteem as she is an excellent professional, the reception staff was friendly as always and the nursing staff had an excellent assistant. The nurses are the only ones even remotely great about the obgyn office. I went here my entire pregnancy and I was basically a number. Did I put myself though it by continuing to come? Yes. But the nurse practitioner (older white woman) HORRIBLE and NASTY. Any question I had she would make me feel so stupid so I stopped asking. Dr. Félix (I think that’s his name cause you never see the same person) told me I was extremely fat and obese which I am not… he also was the doctor at the hospital during my birth and he told me if I didn’t do everything he said I could just go home against medical advise (thankfully the nurses in the hospital were on my side) Never have I ever had a good experience with Hoffner OBGYN office. I went home crying A LOT. Like I said I know I should have done more for myself but this was my option at the time with my insurance.

Wowwww is all i can say! Aan hour and a half of waiting in a room to be told my daughter doesnt have a shot record.after i declined for a physical to be done (because my purpose of being there wasnt fulfilled) my request was dismissed and physical was still conducted by DR.
Crazy to see no real efforts to help with finding my daughters records. But for sure conducted physical to make sure they cashed out on that appointment slot.
My time there i also heard another patient speaking about waiting over a month for a sports physical to be returned to her! And she demanded either the sports physical or the refund! I would start with retraining all the staff!

This looks like a building in no where, it’s impossible if you are inside to believe this is in heart of one of the most important cities, it is dirty……. The lab is horrible

I would’ve given a 0 star, worst place I’ve ever been! Front desk staff is unfriendly and rude, doctors/nurse very unprofessional 4 different nurses to find my baby’s heartbeat, I asked for an excused for my employer they gave me another patient’s information by mistake, the nurse sent me to get labs without letting me know the Unity test was included they sent your blood work to a partner private company and my insurance didn’t cover it, now they’re billing me 21,070 thousand dollars because my insurance denied it, this place gave me anxiety, stress and depression.

I have been to this facility numerous times. All the staff is extremely helpful and cheerful. Have never had a bad experience.

I move from another state a couple years ago and I found Dr. Angel rosario (pediatrician) and I love her services, she always lisent to you with any concerns that you have, she always take care of my daughters. Very happy with her and my kids like her
