Can't say enough wonderful things about the care my father received from Sarah Artis at TruEar. His words to me were that Sarah was just wonderful, she had a great "chair side" manner, she thoroughly explained everything about his hearing aids, and made him feel so comfortable. To see the joy he's experiencing now, finally being able to hear clearly after so many years struggling is just beyond words. He said he can actually hear the birds chirping again on his walks, when he couldn't before. Thank you Sarah for taking such amazing care of not only my Dad, but so many other patients! Recently had a hardware issue with one of my hearing aids. Can't say enough about Sarah Artis. She quickly found the problem, sent the hearing aid to the manufacturer. In what seemed like no time, Oticon returned my hearing aid. They sent a brand new hearing aid to replace the one that had stopped working! Thank you Sarah for your efforts on my behalf!
