Angel was very polite and thorough in the exam process. My main concern is the price of the behind the ears hearing aids: $6000.

The appointment for checking on my hearing aids which I have had for about 2 1/2 yrs.went very well, the gentleman in charge, Angel, was very nice, and adjusted my hearing aids appropriately to increase my hearing experience, which I appreciated greatly. I was early for my appointment for a clean and check of my hearing aids. Shelby was great. She is a multitasker. She got my hearing aids done in a timely manner and I appreciated that. TruEAR has been very good to me since I have been going to see them. They have taken my issue with tinnitus very seriously and have been very helpful with helping me to deal with it with the hearing aids. Very happy and very grateful.

From day one my right ear never worked properly. I took it in several times only to have it keep quiting. Now the warranty is up and it doesn't work at all. They are a terrible product
