We hired TruGreen recently. We were very pleased with the first visit. John Morrin the Specialist arrived on the day scheduled & answered any & all of our questions. He even recommended other individuals who would be able to help us with specific yard problems. So far so good!

TruGreen Lawn Care has done a good job of keeping our grass nice and free of grass-eating bugs.

TruGreen keeps my lawn healthy and green. My service technician is pleasant and professional. He answers my questions, responds to my needs, and provides excellent service.

JIMMY AND TEAM ARE AWESOME. JASON BROWN sold me the service and it has turned out to be everything I needed for my lawn, Thank you, price could be more affordable, but so far happy with the service they are providing.

My lawn went from ok to bad to worse in only a couple months. The company I am with now has turned it completely around. Thank God. Hoa sent me a letter while we were with trugreen stating that we had to replace our lawn. Trugreen acted like it was our fault even though they were in control of everything thank goodness my husband switched companies before it was too late

Our lawn Care Specialist, Paul, did a great job. He arrived promptly, behaved professionally and was very personable and informative with the work he did here. Because of the first impression that he gave us, we are enthusiastic new customers at trugreen.

Through the time Truegreen took over my lawn I can see the difference between my lawn and the rest of the neighbors lawn

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! First let me tell you that their rating is a scam. The reviews are bots (fake ratings) just checked the other night and it was a 3.8 and somehow miraculously it's a 4.6 now.so not only is their rating a scam but so is the way they treat employees. Greg and Steve at the east orlando location out right LIED about the sales job. It's basically a pyramid scheme for the sales department. They lied about a lot of things and actually want you to break the law. They basically sell you that the job going door-to-door is somehow amazing and they'll pay you a lot and you'll get all these benefits but they lied about all that and then they want you to break laws where it says no soliciting and go solicit. All the good employees have left and we are considering suing because of all of their egregious lies. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The TruGreen technicians are helpful, friendly, and knowledgable about conditions pertaining to the lawn and landscape. I highly recommend TruGreen.

Scam. Find another company.

We called to set up the service and was excited to get quoted $37 a month. The first treatment came and then we saw we were charged $80 that month.confused we called and they said it was a “one time” treatment they do once a year. But that wasn’t disclosed when we signed up. So we let it go and was hopeful for the next month.they treated the grass and we got a charge for $98. We called them back again, and they said we got charged a “one time” treatment done every year.well, they said that last month too and no one ever told us this. They said they could give us half the money back since we weren’t told up front IF we stay customers. If we choose to discontinue the service, there was nothing they could do.

Well, I will never be using trugreen again and I will not recommend them to anyone. I will be going with another company.

On a side note: local trugreen agent did try to remedy what the corporate trugreen people caused just felt too sketched out about my interactions to stay with the service.

When we bought our house 2.5 years ago the lawn was mostly weeds. We started using TruGreen (originally Scott's) right away and each year the lawn looks better and better. The main issue we seem to have now is crabgrass, but even the amount of crabgrass gets significantly smaller every year. The grass looks full and healthy now. We're very happy with the TruGreen service.

A salesman randomly came out and said he could fix the bare patches in my yard claiming it was a fungus. It would be $58/month. We agreed. 2 months go by and the yard looks the same if not worse. They charged over $250 and now they say it is not a fungus it's pet traffic. They refuse to refund anything. They lied to intially get our business and charged us more than double the agreed price with zero results.

I was on vacation when TruGreen serviced my lawn. I didn't need to be home to be guaranteed good service. I always get great service. My service technician Chad Jordan always knows what needs to be done to my lawn and he does the job as if I was watching over his shoulders. My lawn is always the best looking lawn on my street. TruGreen calls me to schedule my service & if I can't take the call the leave me a message telling me when I can expect them to arrive. I get more than my moneys worth in the quality of work performed and the confidence I have in TruGreen and my service specialist Chad Jordan and a lawn I cab be proud of.

Trugreen should switch the name to "Trubrown" or "Trueweed"
Last March, I paid $1000 to totally re-sod my yard with new grass. After that, I called trugreen to take care on it. They started to do so. Today (6 months later), I LOST my money. Only weed everywhere. They never recognized anything. Only excuses: lot of rain, lot of sun, the Temperature, etc.
Off course, the only thing they did very good, was charging me every time they came $49. On my credit card.
That was an error, when I called that untrusted company.

DO NOT trust Trugreen to care for your lawn. I have had them completely nuke my lawn and they had to re-sod it down to a tech leaving a bill on my door and not doing the service (I know this because I have video). When you call about a billing issue they could care less. Use somebody else!
