Julio Velez returned to my home to discuss a lawn issue that I was uncertain of, regarding chinch bug vs stress lawn. He showed me how a chinch bug attacks and explained how heat stress affects a lawn. He took his time, answered my questions, gave me tips for next spring when the grass starts growing again.
He also did an additional treatment.
He was very professional and friendly.
I appreciate his time and his knowledge.
Hope to have him as my lawn service technician in the future.

At first, I wasn’t quite sure if my lawn treatments were working. However, after listening to the advice of my Lawn Specialist, Broderick, I now have one of the best lawns on the block. True Green’s service really works, I highly recommend them.

Do not use TruGreen. Their customer service has no clue what they are doing. Cancelled their service last year and they keep calling trying to setup appointments for this year. The technician was great but never received messages on my issues from customer service. Nothing but a giant hassle.

Our turf if beautiful thanks to TruGreen and our specialist, Austin Gotcher. He is doing his best to address some troubled spots. We are EXTREMELY pleased with this service.
