15This branch is just ridiculous. They move slow and do not have concept of time. There are three workers at the teller but there is only 1 person working. The lady working the drive through has ear pods in her ear and moving slow with a lone of people waiting outside. I came inside at 11: 00 and it is now 11: 40. A 40 minute wait is ridiculous. You need to hire more people for faster and better customer service.
FYI cause Customer service don't tell you this when you go to open or reopen a social security account for your childIn my case I had to reopen a dedicated account for my savings part cause I already have a checking for my child. Little did I know I needed another letter from social security stating I'm reopening another savings, my kid social security card and birth certificate, my id and social security card as well.
Slow every single time. Dirty and dysfunctional. Has more employees than I've ever seen at Truist to boot!

The slowest branch for years, now the other branches are closed on Saturday yet they still only have 3 tellers working on Saturday. SLOW.
It's always something at this branch. Today the cash withdrawal option isn't available on the ATMs.
Here with my elderly aunt. Currently 17 people waiting inside and there’s only one teller. This is Friday and management should do a better job at scheduling or jump in to assist.

Worst bank to go to because I just seen how the handled a customer here by the name of Patricia I believe. They keep tossing her information to one teller to the next and made her wait another 40 minutes after it was her turn again in line. Yes IIsaid her time again in line cause they made her get back in this long line once again because they couldn't process her info from one teller. They have no common courtesy for none of the customers. If you have all day to waist you can go here.
I don't understand why this bank is not customer friendly. I mean the service here suck. I just watch a couple get up and leave because they were tired of waiting and not being acknowledge by any of the reps. The reps sit and talk to amongst themselves.
It's takes about 45minutes to see someone the last time I am here. Tellers has no sense of urgency. Site manager has no sense of urgency or customer care.
Day two and still the same. Now I am the one waiting and no one has said anything to me or the people before. I am come on.

If you want to wait at least 30 minutes at the drive thru or an hour in the lobby then this is the bank for you! Not convenient what so ever always understaffed!
This bank has the worst customer service and the manager is horrible why are they paying her to do NOTHING ALL DAY. They have no sense of urgency and they don't care. Never seen anything like this I have been waiting here for 45minutes to get help and the only thing they have to say to me and the other 7people waiting to get seen is that we need to wait because they are busy. Just lost my business!
Really? Monday lunchtime and none of the ATMs can dispense cash? Did the 15+ people in line to see teller not indicate there might be a problem?
