17Went in to deposit money absolutely the worse bank I walked into. We live in America and not one teller spoke any English. Waited in line for about 40 minutes and couldn't be helped.
I understand being under staff but when no one is in your lobby and you still choose to not have your drive thru open it’s a bit ridiculous, it hasn’t been open for weeks now. Also when was it acceptable to chew gum and listen to rock music at a bank?
How is it possible that this Truist location is worse than the Neptune location? You cannot even get anyone to answer the phone. Probably talking about the dating lives again like the last time i was there having to listen to this while waiting for someone to acknowledge me.
Why are there only ever two people working here? If my work didn’t use this bank, I would never come here. It’s literally the worst.
Also, can the drive through area ever be open?
The clerk at register one lacks off good manner, she is repulsive, it looks like she worked in a bad reputation bar before starting working for Truist, I have been with Suntrust for 16 years, I have decided to change to another bank.
She throws documents under the window instead of putting them, and asks you rhetorical questions. I was there at 12: 50 pm today 4/13/22, is the second time that she assist me, both times the services had been awful.
I came to this location and I wanted to deposit cash in my account, so the teller wanted me to get my id for a cash deposit? Yes, I understand I need my id for a withdraw or checking a check but a cash deposit. He told me it's about money laundering which I didn't believe. I will go to a different branch and ask another teller about having a ID for deposit.
Been a customer for over 10 years… my experience today has pushed me pasted my limits.when I have time from work I will spend my day switching all my direct deposits to a new bank. I’d rather get the switch over with now than continue to deal with problems bc it’s only getting worse
The reviews have gotten bad for a reason. Extremely dissapoijted as this branch was very friendly and open, I went to open a checking and savings account for my husband and the representative said he had a 10 am appointment and he couldn't see us, no offer to wait. He stated he could schedule and appointment for the following weekend. Not sure why opening an account has now turned into a 2 hour ordeal.
Total disrespect and racist came last week cashed check no problem with proper documents and this week a problem
30 minutes in drive thru waiting at window! Rep stated she had to attend lobby and drive thru? Then makes a mistake in form of deposit. Explained exactly how I needed the deposit and still messed it up? Suntrust is definitely failing all aspects of a Bank. I will be taking my business elsewhere!
This Suntrust Thank provide exceptional service. The teller I worked with was Carmen. Carmen Is one of the most delightful tellers I have ever worked with. She had a friendly demeanor and was extremely professional.
This Bank robbed me for my hard earned money. I made a deposit with a check from my job and they are holding my funds for basically 12 days leaving me not being able to pay my bills, provide for my family and stopping me from working because I have no funds available. By the time that they decide to un hold my money my account will have over draft fees and worse. I tried to resolve the issue by calling cooperate and speaking to the bank personally I told them that I wanted to close my account because I didn’t like the situation and they then threatened that I have the check canceled they would also add more fees. I’m not a happy customer and me and my family have been banking with Suntrust for plenty of years and it’s sad that they would treat me this way.
Very helpless, I request close my account one month ago and yesterday I received notification about a one overdraft. They never close as I request and now is my problem and I need to solve. Really I need a layer to go against them, some advice.
Extremely slow drive thru, please put more tellers on it.
6 months later I'm 7 deep in the drive thru as the inside is closed at 12: 30 PM on a Thursday? I've been in line for 37 minutes and one car has been processed. Incredible failure time and time again. I'm happy my company is changing banks!
NIGHTMARE - ATM never works, avoid opening a business account here - you can't transfer money from personal to business accounts or vice versa. They do things in your account without telling you and then hit you with multiple overdraft fees IN THE SAME DAY AFTER BUSINESS HOURS! Crazy. I have never had a worse experience with a bank in my entire life. If you do see a fraudulent charge they will force you to cancel your card as opposed to stopping just that payment. I could go on and on here ad infinitum, but just do the right thing and go to a different bank altogether, not worth your time.
Today I asked that bank agency and asked to open an account to pay my mortgage, but my surprise was that they did not want to open it for me when I asked what the reason is, they tell me that they cannot open an account because I am Venezuelan and it is the bank's policy not to open accounts for it.neither to Venezuelans nor to Cubans unless they are residents. Sirs, I am in the process of political asylum, I am not and do not pretend to be illegal in this country. I feel that I am being discriminated against by this bank just because I am Venezuelan.
I read a lot of complaints about this branch, but wanted to check it out for myself. I had an excellent experience and did not witness any of the complaints others had left. They greeted me when I came in. There were three people in front of me and all were taken care of within a few minutes each. I also was only there for 3 minutes when I met with the teller. I don’t know if they’ve addressed issues, or if there were even issues to begin with, but I’d recommend this branch to anyone in need of service.
