All I needed was a notoriety.
After calling 3 times in 4 hours and getting no answer, I just went up to the bank.
I sat with my 2 children for over an hour. Just to get a paper signed.
The line was really long and there was only 2 people working. This bank is absolutely terrible.
I also ended up canceling my account because the service is so terrible no matter what location I’ve been to.

Terrible manager today and rude. I asked a teller for her name and he replied, I forgot her name! " A nightmares in this bank. Many complaints I see but the CEO does nothing, I see! A true nightmare!

Keily was so kind and patient even though they were so busy. She didn’t rush us and answered all our questions.

This is an absolutely TERRIBLE branch. They don't keep appointments and keep people waiting forever with no help at all. Do yourself a favor and find a new bank!

Have a 2PM appointment. It's now 2: 40 and no clear idea of how long of a wait it will be. Computer system is down. At a bank? A total disregard of customer service.

Lady kept saying my signature didn't match. Had all my information to do the transaction. I come to this bank every month withdrawing the same amount. I feel like it was an issue with ME. I've never had this problem. Been the same account over 10+ years. Terrible service today.

The only reason this place gets 1 star is because I had to in order to leave a review. I have not had to deal with the tellers but the management and client services are absolutely horrible. There is little to no customer service with them. It's so difficult working with this bank.

I don't understand all the negative reviews. I have been going to this branch for their good service for a few years now because the service at the Lakewood Ranch branch were our accounts were opened is absolutely terrible - it was great at one time. We are now going out of our way to this Fruitville & Beneva branch. The service here is great and nothing is ever a problem. If you ever have a concern or question, just ask to speak to the Branch Manager, Naida. She is very responsive and caring and will address any of your concerns.

Tellers are nice, but the management at this branch is absolutely terrible. I have called at least five times in the past week and left a message for the "branch leader, " and have received a total of zero phone calls back.

I attempted to contact Truist by telephone to close a CD-which should be a simple process-and have yet to be on hold for fewer than 45 minutes. The average wait time to speak with a representative is usually 50 to 60 minutes.

Here is Truist's new statement of purpose, pulled from their website: "Driven by a common purpose—to inspire and build better lives and communities—we strive every day to make things better for our clients, teammates, and stakeholders. " Better? Really? With unavailable branch managers and hour-long wait times on the phone, Truist is a second-rate bank with a third-world attitude.

It would be nice if when you went into SunTrust/Truist and asked for help, you weren't referred by the teller to the loan advisor and then handed a card to call a phone number. Unless you want to open a new account or get a loan you're out of luck. You have to call a phone number and get help from someone who most often doesn't know how to help you. Now when I hear the truist caring commercial I just laugh.

Extremely poor customer service. Wasn't greeted upon entering, no sign up sheet, waited over a half hour before leaving trying to meet with a banker.

I have seven accounts with this bank, have banked there for 40 years. Needed something notorized, they said "sorry, don't have my stamp with me today". Poor service, disappointed
