Worst bank ever. Do not trust them. My father passed away and when my mother went in to close one of his accounts (with the will listing her as the only beneficiary and his death certificate) they refused to give her the money!

I walked into this location and no one even looked up at me, Empty lobby. After seated for several minutes I asked one of the tellers that I needed help opening an account and she told me someone will be right with me. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked about how much longer it was going to be. She said “I’m sorry did you say anything to anyone when you walked in here? ” I said well yea ma’am, you told me that someone would be right with me. She said “oh it’s just been one of those weeks! Haha” (it’s Monday.) I said well ok, she said that the staff are having a meeting with each other and that I would have to wait. Incredibly frustrating and after waiting about an hour with no one saying a word to me and it being a completely empty bank, I just decided to leave. I will just bank elsewhere.
