Truist, Davie FL

Went to open an account for my 18 year old son- we had an appt for 3 pm. Walked in. No one was there expect a person at the counter with a teller but the women at the front desk said she was too busy to open an account and to come back and said they don’t go by appointments but I have a confirmation. Walked out and will take our business else where. Especially after reading the reviews.

Georgette was extremely nice. She helped me call corporate to deal with some issues I was having. Truist app sucks but this branch has kind bankers

Been coming to this bank for years. I don't know what has happened ever since it changed over to TRUIST their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IN THE DUMPS! I come to cash the same 2 checks every quarter for years at this same location. I have a savings account and also a lock box with them. It seems that when I go to cash my checks I'm always given some sort of excuse why the checks have to be deposited first before they can be cashed. This is the only location that ever says that to me. When I go to the weston branch or other locations I never have a problem. As a customer I want to go in and out without any DRAMA! I do not recommend this location for your bank needs.

Georgette is great but only one person attending customers. Waiting a long time while Branch Leader and “his manager” spoke in an office and did not come out to apologize or ask to help. I hated to write this! Dee at the teller is an asset as she was able to assist me!
