You people need to learn what urgency and appropriate timing is. 30 minutes in the drive through just to see someone when there’s only two cars ahead of me. Asks me what I need… MY MONEY? Then another ten just sitting watching you counting it waiting for something to happen, I guess Don’t bother to apologize either. Ridiculous its every time I’m here, even amscot is faster if you are that unbothered you need to work at a library or a resort I get if your busy but your lack of urgency is not my problem and is extremely unprofessional. Looks like I’m not the only one who’s had an issue either geeze these comments are um A LOT

Worst customer service of all branches. Counter girls are great. The rest of management will make you sit for thirty minutes then make excuses for their inadequately staffed branch.

Terrible customer service, terrible banking system, and terrible help center. Atm will eat your money and they will act like it’s just not their problem. I was told it could be up to three weeks before I got my money back that the atm ate that I was depositing to pay my rent! And apparently there is no compensation for the fact that I now cannot pay my rent because their atm took my money.

I have had an account with them when they were Colonial Bank. 20+ years

Just opened an account in an attempt to get my credit score up. This bank is very helpful and informative of the process of obtaining good credit.

I have been with Bb&T for many years and I am sad to say this Branch in the last 8 months has declined as far as customer service is concerned. There’s only so much you can blame on Covid before you start taking responsibility for your lack of interest in your job.
