6So much worse service at this branch. Always Understaffed. ATM didn’t work so I had to go inside to make a cash deposit. Only one person working the counter. Line long. Use another branch! This one is poorly managed.
It's amazing how nearly every Truist ATM doesn't work properly. This bank is a joke. Time to switch.
Also, can't deposit money in this ATM. It won't accept it. It's broken.

I got scammed and tried to dispute it with my bank, and they did nothing. Before BB&T merged with that other company, they were great with fraud claims, I was refunded almost instantly when someone got a hold of my card and went on a spending spree with it. Now I can't get my money back after a scam. Screw ya'll.

Been a customer with truest for over 20 years. I would not recommend the bank. The last 3 years I got charged three overdraft fees even after asking for overdraft protection on my business account
