Horrible customer service by a Colombian teller (I don't know he's name) he refused to open a bank account even though we had the same documents as many other friends who have accounts on this bank. He said, the bank policy changed. We went to another branch and opened an account without a problem.

I had a negative experience at this location, I was denied making a cash deposit for a family member. I've never experienced this at a bank, the teller told me they don't accept cash however I could get a money order and come back to complete my deposit which was inconvenient, my cash was real and they could've verified it. It shouldn't be that hard to make a deposit for a family member ugh!

Very rude and dismissive. I see why the rating are low. I went in for a cash advance and wire transfer to my other bank. The woman behind the counter was very dismissive and seemed not to know her job since she kept looking at the male teller to confirm what she was saying. The truist in GA is a lot better but I am guessing this was one of the old suntrust locations.

My husband just walked in here and was ignored. No greeting. No "be with you in a minute". Until he asked to use the restroom and was told "it's only for clients". Ok? He finally walked out and used the ATM to make a withdrawal.

Slow extremely slow service, Id go in but now I go through drive thru so I can sit for the half hour I also turn off my car to save gas!

This is the worst bank that I have ever dealt with. They are rude. They tell you to call ahead to cash a large check and you do. The guy that handles the large money transactions went home. God forbid only one person can handle large cash transactions.

This is where I do my personal banking. The plus side to banking with this is the free cashier's checks I get. This is cause of the type of account I have with them. You can also get another free checking account if you're a preferred member.
