5 Absolute horrible experience (s) with Cynthia at this branch.
She made every effort of banking an absolute nightmare for me.
I dealt with her Manager, Nathalie, a few months ago after the last issue I encountered with her and she took very good care of me. I returned today (Nathalie is out through Friday) and Cynthia was rude from the second I entered the building. She barely greeted me & told me to sit & she’d be with me shortly for our 4p appt (I was 10m early & waited every bit if it) …
When I arrived at her desk, she treated me as though she had never dealt with me before and basically attempted to look as though she was reading through my paperwork on line before calling two internal sources “the hub” to only provide a portion of information.
I’m completely flabbergasted by the manner in which she attempted to “help” a customer~
I will be closing this account after meeting with the Manager on Friday morning.
Love everything about this bank. Everyone who works here is incredible. The people complaining just have zero patience. Transactions and fully helping customers takes time. It doesn’t magically take 5 seconds. The employees genuinely care for all of their clients. Im always welcomed with open arms. I only go to this location now!
Kera was very nice and assisted me with a work deposit. It went very smooth and she had great customer service
Would not recommend! The teller will misapply your payment to the wrong loan, you’ll then have to do all the work to make it right. You’ll get sent to collections, have collections agents call you all times of day and night when you did nothing wrong. Even when they finally find where the teller misapplied the payment you’ll still have late payment fees on your account. Go to any other bank or credit union.
I enjoyed my experience with Dagmar and Cynthia. They were so kind and gracious to me and my kids. It’s definitely my preferred branch in the area. Thanks!
