Trujillo Medical Center, Weston FL

Truly disappointed in quality of service. I have been with them when it was originally Romero family practice over 6 years already. Things have changed not for better. Poor bedside manners. I arrived to my well check up appointment. There was one person in front of me. It took a long time to call me in. A lot of staff in the office, cheering, laughing and taking their time while patient was waiting. Also to add to it, it's impossible to directly call the Weston office if you need something. It rings to back office where people transfer calls without knowing the extention they are transferring to. And when you're transfered, no one picks up your call. You are prompted to leave a voicemail. When it goes to voicemail it says the mail box is full. It's impossible to contact this provider in a timely manner. Unfortunately I have to look for another more professional medical provider. Do not recommend.

This office is a joke appointment was for 10: 20 and at 11: 20 they told me that the doctor was taking to long and taking my $50 deductible and then I received a call that I owe money and they not giving my money back so yes I just call my insurance company and complain and I not owe them anything I will take it to my lawyer

Dr. Mora is a rare find. He is patient, thorough, and understanding. His mannerism is impeccable. Im truly grateful to have him as my PCP.
Edit: It would be nice to hear English while Im on hold, nothing more frustrating then waiting as it is. You have english speaking patients too!

They cannot answer the phone or say "can you please hold" and put you on hold again. Go to another Doctor.

What a horrible place to be, the doctor won’t even look at the patients and the wait time is approximately 2 hours and half

Doctor and staff are wonderful, just sometimes getting though on the phone can be difficult. But I would definitely recommend.

I been dr Trujillo’s patient for 7 years now, she’s very thoughtful, she’s taking care well of my health and my daughter’s, her staff are very kind and welcoming, the wait time is always short.
