I just love going to this particular location. Everyone is so Knowledgeable and nice to me.

The second waiting room once making it back was odd and only this location I've experienced

Nice and clean store, extremely friendly and outgoing staff, Niki was great in reception, and Lacy and Gabby helped me on my first visit.

Patricia, Barbara, and Nikki were fantastic concierges for my first Trulieve experience What a wonderful venue, absolutely recommend.

Great greeter who opened at 9 a.m. Sharp. Helpful bud tender, who explained things lucidly and was friendly. Excellent sale on edibles. Positive experience!

The woman who was working in the back was very helpful and informative. My wife had questions as a new patient and she was very helpful for her. Definitely appreciate the consultation and advice.

I love trulieve definitely one of my favorite dispensaries. BUT…. The wait is crazy… needs to hire more people! Whether I come in at 9am or 730 pm at least a 30 minute wait each time.

Charlie Garrett and ullie are the best they were very helpful & knew how to explain things in a better way full of knowledge guys know their job nd their awesome!

Love this place but stay away from the tan salon, mean lady chase me out of a parking spot, and she had no business at the time,

Charlie and titi are some of the coolest people I have met with my experience at Trulieve. The lady lake Trulieve is by far my favorite location to go to, always a great experience. Thank you guys for everything you do!

Great products!
Horrible policy that stopped me and the Mrs from shopping together.
She's legally dependent and used to enjoy a Trulieve run.

They had the audacity to stop us from going in together, as we always have, then told us "no cross talking" like we have any idea of what they are trying to prevent.

We left and will not return to Trulieve until they seek to make us feel welcome.

It's not like 2 additional and “welcoming" dispensaries are not less than 1 mile away.

Worst Trulieve there is. If you are a white girl, you will love it here. But for anyone else, you will be treated like garbage. Triple carded by everyone there, order takes hours to put together and never told and cashier checked my bills to make sure I wasn't a "thug". Horrible service.

The staff is the greatest! Very knowledgeable, friendly and they are always making us aware of the sales going on. I prefer the Villages location to others because of the staff and how welcoming they are.

Update:
Really great service. They have been freed up from a full lobby given the Summerfield store opening up. Always friendly and great stock.

Great customer service. I will revisit this review when I receive my medicinal marijuana card.
