Trulieve Boynton Beach Dispensary

Use to go to this store often. The wait times are beyond acceptable and while you're waiting you're paying premium prices on everything. I go down the street to AYR and can be in out before Trulieve has even thought about calling me back to the 2nd waiting area (at times)

This is the best dispo in Boynton, the closing staff are very friendly and chill. They never give me trouble or hassle. Meghan Noah/nick and MJ sorry I forget the names so quickly but they are always smiling and making sure I get what I need while providing amazing customer service experience, I can’t express how great they are! Shout out to them and shout out to Trulieve for having the best inventory available

Come here on a regular basis. Have never had any issues. Vargas has helped me out multiple times and is always cool and easy to talk too.seems like he knows what he's talking about.

I visit Boynton beach to get my prescriptions Every one is always so nice Till I get Jessie He is the rudest employee you have If you have personal reasons Sue’s don’t take them out in the customer this has happened 3 times several of your employees apologize constantly the way he treats me

Understaffed. Long wait times every single time! Just go somewhere else tbh, they work at a slow pace here. Won’t be coming back here. Every time it sucks. I’m sticking with Ayr moving forward, they do it RIGHT.

There was a crowd waiting, however, there were chairs for everyone. Check-in was orderly and we were called into shop individually, as a budtender became available. My trip was quick, the awesome budtender listened to me carefully and told me about a holiday sale, of which I took immediate advantage. I went home and getting ready for bed actually realized what an amazing deal I had gotten, thanks, Bud. Wish I knew your name, you deserve a raise!

6.29.2023…Heading your way. My vape cartridge broke. The cylinder that hold the product separated from the part that goes into the battery. I hope we can resolve this. I’m coming from Palm Beach Gardens. Just trying to keep everything 5 stars and not KAREN this.

Walked into the location and was immediately greeted. I informed the receptionist what I was there for. It was ZERO issue.

Though they were short staffed, I got in within 30 minutes. While waiting I heard the receptionist ask three times if anyone wanted water, etc. Great service.

My cartridge was replaced.

Most awesome. I was visiting my girlfriend in Boynton and she’s never seen the inside of a dispensary. She was given a guest pass.
The staff was friendly and informative.
The establishment was clean.
The prices ROCK!

Worst spot in south Florida. If you have a deal you can’t use it on any of their food products you are stuck with their trash flower. Scammers go to sanctuary if you want good bud for a good price.

Avoid this location at all costs. Literally the worst trulieve or dispensery in the area. Never fills pre-orders always makes you wait 30 to 40 minutes. Nobody here cares

Andres is incredible! Cleared a lobby with pure efficiency and made sure everyone was ecstatic with their transaction at the same, takes a rare breed to do that. Give this man a raise!

Wow prices are good! And great customer service! I love this place. Of all the other dispensaries! I started with this dispensary and I will stay here! I highly recommend the dispensary!

Veronica is very professional and her customer service is outstanding she has great knowledge about your product it was a privilege meeting her. Also Michael Hayes was by far the best customer service thank you so much.

I arrived at 7: 44 and the door was closed. Manager states they can’t serve any more customers and that I should have read a disclaimer even though they close at 8pm.

The Boynton location has great employees but Roger and Meghan definitely stand out. I really appreciate all the help and making sure I get all the available deals.

This is the third time I've come to this store and Everytime it's over 40 minutes wait. NEVER come here!
