Trulieve Clermont Dispensary

45 minute wait for a walk in. 3 budtenders working with a standing room only lobby. I’ll take my time and money elsewhere.

Not sure what's been going on, but this isn't the only trulieve location that's had really long waits. Seems like there's only ever 2 people stuck in the back and forced to keep one eye on the front desk. Seems like it's company wide

Outrageous. 40 minute wait times. Internet down more than once. Store closed. They need to stop being so cheap and hire more employees!

Worst dispensary in Clermont. Always 20+ people and an hour+ wait.hahaha this florida medical system is a complete joke

The Clermont dispensary is amazing. The people here in the Clermont are knowledgeable, friendly informative, Funny, respectful, honest, the bathrooms are always clean, the waiting area is always clean, I love going to the store. I always know I’m gonna get 10 STAR service! Sometimes I’m in other areas that I have a Trulieve store as I’m passing by and I still wait and go to Clermont because the service and the people there is amazing!

This dispenser has horrible customer service. They do not honor your 40% discount nor do they honor your senior citizen discount. Terrible service. On top of that the employee is rude.

Placed an order online only to arrive to have their internet go out conveniently as their store filled with customers. Meanwhile the workers didn’t want to work, didn’t want to resolve the issues or give any help. They just kick you out after a certain time and laugh and joke about how they are to not be working the following day so it’s not their problem. Their lack of tact and respect for people’s time and their patronage is disgusting. Will never return to this location ever.

Really bad service at this location. Placed online order around 815, drive to the store to find a locked door at 830 (they close at 9). Multiple people complaining and arguing with the manager. Very uncomfortable and unpleasant visit.

Showed up at 7: 50pm tonight and was turned away due to “too full of a lobby”. I understand you guys want fully close and leave by 9 but this is the 2nd time I have been denied even arriving before 8pm!

Everytime you go here there is a huge wait and even when you order express or pickup you’re lucky if they select yours before other people’s selection. I’ve had issues with their products and have brought them back just to be treated disrespectful and still had to go through a ridiculous wait time even though I was trying to make a return. I have even caught the associates take the money that should be given back to me after rounding up from paying with card! The Clermont location is the worst by far and this is the only location I have had issues like this with, I can tell you out of the numerous stores in Clermont you’re better off going to Curaleaf or Ayr. It will be cheaper and faster and especially with people who at least will give you a better customer service experience by far! Two stars is being generous.

Extravagant dispensery, I have very rarely purchased something I didn't enjoy. I would say maybe 2 or 3 times at most. Very helpful staff which carry a good conversation. I wouldn't spend my dollars anywhere else I visit 3 times a week and will continue.

Long wait time, no express check out because you still wait just as long as walk-in. I come in at 8: 25pm for them to tell me they can’t check me in after stalling right infront of me til 8: 30pm. Going forward, I will continue leaving my review on every poor experience I receive this location. Any other location you wait in the dispense room to be called up for your turn, but this location loves to keep you outside the doors of dispensing room while the staff can play and talk in the back and call you when they feel like it

Nothing like it was before:/ Pre-order, Express options, walk right in.no difference in the similar apparent lack of expedience
