5 stars for UNDER $40 whole flower, or under$30 minis. Only 3 stars for $40 and up whole flower, or $30 and up minis. Not worth the extra $$$ effects wise in my opinion.same applies for bag appeal.fairly quick service, unless a wait line, then wait time too long-go somewhere else. MMJ card holder 5 years, and i always shop for Quality and Value.

This location (Fort Pierce) is WAY better than their location off of Prima Vista and Veterans Parkway. Edit - November 21st, today went in, still great service and fast. Still has some of the best prices in town, I'm disabled and live on a fixed budget, and Trulieve has lots great medication at a low price. I always shop when products are on sale, like I said great prices. I have 3 dispensaries I always go to and Trulieve is in the #1 spot. No one can match the quality and price of Truivile Vape cartridges. I will write again later.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! They consistently run the store like a Walmart regardless of busy it is they have 10 registers yet only keep 2 open at a time. The upper management is horrendous and argumentative. Avoid like the plague! However there are some gems of people there, they are few and far between. Better off going to any other dispensary.

This review is to trulieve dispensary not the workers at this location. After 4/20/23, I started to realize cbd was being detected in all flower. I am a patient that is sensitive to detected cbd in flower don't matter how low the cbd is. There are plenty of patients that are allergic, sensitive, or can't have cbd due to other medications or health problems, or just how it affects the brain and body. All of the other different medicines are also having detected cbd. Is this a change for trulieve dispensaries forever? ! This is crazy! I'm upset because trulieve was my number one dispensary for medicine.now that has changed.thank you to the hard workers though.

Receptionist could have been more professional.
Had no interest to make any eye contact or even speak in my direction. As if I was interrupting his solitary game. Young kid said no more then 4 words in our whole interaction. I don’t expect a party when I walk in, just show some interest in the job your doing when addressing a customer. Management should train and teach some customer service practices to their staff if they are going to be in the front. Receptionist in the back was outstanding.

There computer system is always down. It takes them hours to process a order when other dispensaries take only 15_20 minutes.and they hardly have anyone working ever it's always busy when it is finally time to pick up the order. I used to be a loyal customer but not any more you have lost my business.

Actually fast service today, which is not usually the case. Flower was ok which is normal.

Well my first experience was great but the other day I was in there with my girlfriend and her first experience sucked the girl was very disrespectful and rude, I thought the bill was kind of high in the way that we didn't see no 60% discount for her first time in but when I went in and saw Curtis on my first time I got a 60% discount and it reflected on my bill when I compared it to the bill that my girlfriend had hers was four times as much for just twice the amount, I've been kind of busy but I was hoping management would contact me or reach out to me and ask me to come in with my bills so we could discuss this matter but it doesn't really matter anymore it's done and done, to top it all off when I went to leave my comment Google only let me post the first few lines and wouldn't let me finish now comes up where I can finish the rest of my comment now on a positive note other than everybody else being super kind and friendly and the receptionist being very apologetic about the rude girl the product is very good and I know my oil I am a master oil maker and I have made the cleanest oil ever produced in lab tested by open extraction ever coming back at 99.96% that said I am now a carded patient again and am now attending new stores for my medication and I want to say your product is very good in the oil department and in the weed Department both the Cannabis that test High is a little pricey but very worth it in comparison with the other dispensaries anyways I'm giving trulieve five stars

I never get anybody on the phone and the wait is too long I would like to buy products here I just don't have 45 minutes to wait I have to have a better way

They raised the prices I thought they'd lower them with all the dispensaries out there giving discounts and they don't give discount on all the product anymore I've been a long customer for almost 3 years and they just raise the prices

You will be waiting a hour for your order. They only take 1 customer at a time. Bad service all the time

Worst trulieve I’ve been too. Never again. Store closes at 8: 30pm on a Wednesday. I get there at 7: 35pm and got my name on the list for a walk up. Waited until 8: 08 for a manager to say they can’t take dispense anymore past 9: 00pm. I still had 5 people in front of me and they had ONE person working the back. Last time I go to this location or any trulieve. There is much better places that have more organization to get their patients in and out. I came an hour before they closed and when I asked the manager he said he’s not sure if I’ll get dispensed or not. Terrible service, lost another high paying customer (which I’m sure they don’t care)
