Trulieve Jacksonville Dispensary (Southside Estates)

As a walk in customer Ive had bad service and a bad attitude if I complain. I always have to wait for online express customers who get priority. Their system sucks.

People are in and out with their enslaved animals that have animal behavior in a civil setting. Completely unnecessary. Poor customer service. It's for patients it's not a ZOO.

I drove to the Southside store after placing my order online from the Northside. I get there and they do not have it in stock. I would have appreciated a phone call before I drove all that way. Why is it on the website if it's out of stock. I had to settle for something that was more expensive and less powerful.

Such a chill place! The staff is wonderful, Very Polite and knowledgeable! Go check them out on Beach Blvd.

I decided to give trulieve another chance after not going for a few months.nothing has changed.don’t visit this location unless you’re okay with waiting at least 35 minutes (even if you order ahead online) in an overly warm waiting room.i’ve never experienced a wait longer than 5-10 minutes at any other dispensary.so what gives?
as others have mentioned- i’m only giving this location 2 stars because the staff is extremely nice.

They have the best hostess she knows your name when you walk in before you hand her your card

The last 3 times I’ve been have made me never want to come back. Slowest staff/system I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Visits that should be 10-15min are repeatedly 35-1hr. Unacceptable. I’m taking my business to another dispensary.

I check in on line and timing is always off. If it tells me 33 minutes and I get there in 28 I missed my time and go to the back of express line or I get 10 minutes but in reality it's 45 minutes. I always get the excuse "oh so sorry it's the computer". I go out of my way to come to this store as it used to be the best but today is my last day. It showed I was 3rd in line for express and then said I missed my time. Get it together

Happy to say this place tries very hard and they do tremendous volume of work under pressure, and they are better than most all the others and have come through for me and delivery is amazing and they are nice to my cats

There’s always a 20+ minute wait at every Trulieve I’ve been to. I don’t know if management just doesn’t want to hire folks or if there is a high turnover rate but it’s annoying and abhorrent. The waiting room looks like a pill mill junky fest, even when the store first opens. There are better dispensaries in the area but this is the most popular, why I don’t know. These managers need to get it together and improve efficiency!

I had a wonderful experience, Brandon! He was very friendly and used my points towards my order, which was extremely helpful! Excellent customer service! Highly recommended this condition.

EDIT: CS Reached out to me and found out what was wrong. Good Job on Their Part! I've actually gone back since then and they have changed some faces there. I hope they are on the right track.

My Cousin finally got his card and was so excited to go, So I went with him to get the referral discount. He and I were denied most of the Menu, Including the Higher Tiered Cannabis that he was excited to Try (Specifically The Khalifa Kush), yet this was his FIRST TIME. We quadruple checked all the fine print on the Official Site and on Un-Official Sites and NOTHING said anything about what they automatically denied us. We really did not like the energy the staff was throwing our way, so we most like wont be coming back. My cousin never wants to step foot in a Trulieve again and I wont be recommending this place to any of my friends or family. It really is a shame.

Marissa was so nice and very knowledgeable she helped me out so much she's amazing and gave me unbelievably good service

Friendly and knowledge but the wait can get crucial sometimes even when you've ordered ahead online.

This location SUCKS! There’s no ac in the waiting room, and no water. What happen to this being a medical facility? Waits are ridiculous and if u walk in u get bumped for all the express orders! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

Learned something today, got some great advice. New location for me. Beach/University blvd.was packed and was told 45 min wait. I left and drove about 4 miles. To beach/Southside. 10 mins in and out.
Bud tender taught me something new.

Ok here we go again. Why have online ordering when you don’t ever send a text saying it’s ready. I waited from 10am-2pm to receive text and had to just head to the store because I got stuff to do and don’t have the time to wait all day. I got to the store to be told it’ll be a 25min wait it’s been almost 30min at this point. The waiting room is like 78 degrees and smells like stale farts. Trulieve fails me everytime. Sad to see others in pain waiting wayyyy too long in hard chairs. I don’t have this issue at any other dispensaries just TRULIEVE. So do all your patients a favor and do BETTER

Always extremely busy and never enough staff. Giving two stars purely because the folks that work there are very nice. Other than that it is a misery coming into this location.
