Best cannabis at the best prices always! Very friendly service! I love all the employees there and they are very educated about cannabis and their products! My favorite dispensary in Florida for 6 years now

I had to change my review. I hate this place right now grrr. Lazy good for nothing workers. I would like a chance to manage and run this place better. Waaay better then it is now! Goodness I put an order in online and it NEVER gets filled anymore NO express pickup. They lie to tske the heat off them. We have to go wait about an 1 hour just to get my husband's meds. New location hasn't made anything better.

Wait times are beyond stupid. I will say that the cashiers were friendly and the bud was good. However, management needs to get their ish straight and fix their check in/ waiting system. Neeeveerrr have I ever waited an hour long at any dispensary, not even on 420! Did not help seeing walk ins get served before me and others who were there looong before. Not worth coming here.

Very well stocked and very friendly staff. Ask any questions and you will get any information you need. Very helpful. Prices were comparable and products were great and the Special deals were very affordable. Highly recommended!

I placed my online order 5 hours ago and still have a 10-minute wait. What's the purpose of doing online orders if you still wait 10 plus minutes?

This place sucks, they’re always short staffed which means no less than an hour wait… even for an online order. The communication is probably the only thing worse than the service because they never email or text when my order is ready but I get all their offers in my inbox.

Not sure why they can’t keep employees but something has to change because the waits are ridiculous. I’m tired of it

Only reviewing because I’m so happy this place shut down. Terrible service, terrible staff. Orders were never filled on time. I remember the manager told me “you can always shop elsewhere” lol I’m so happy he now has to find a job elsewhere ahaha t

Had to come back on here to change my review! Trulieve used to be awesome, I don’t know what’s going on but the customer service sucks so bad, when you order online the product is always out of stock, the people at the call center just tell you anything, they will tell you your order is good to go and you drive there and you don’t have an order, I have driven over 40 mins to locations, I have been told numerous times that my order was cancelled after waiting for an hour, there’s so many stories, I’m not the only one! It’s ridiculous and horrible that they can lie and get away with it and it’s not the workers at Trulieve it’s the call center, it’s horrible that you can’t directly call a store! Trulieve is making a ton of money! The customer service really needs a re do because it’s a big problem! You’re going to lose a lot of customers if you don’t change this!
Update 10/23… New location, the strains are very low in THC if you order online… when you get there your told it’s first come first serve so what’s the use of ordering online? They sell what you order so you have to pick out something else parking is still bad, let’s see how this new location works out.

Thee worst dispensary in Melbourne, the longest wait time. They almost never have what’s listed on the website in store. They never answer the phone, and they just offer the worst customer service all around. The product is also mediocre. New location, same terrible dispensary

Even worse service than when they were in a building with broken toilets, how do you only have 2 employees in the building does nobody want to work for this horrible company?

Would leave less stars if I could. Never treated like a customer at the previous location and the new one is just as bad. Ordered online, received notification that pickup was ready. Check in online as I head to the dispensary, 7 minute wait. Arrive within 10 minutes only to have the guy at check in ask me for all my info like I don’t shop here and then put me on the pickup list instead of the express list. Wait another 10 minutes. Not a single name is called. Check in guy literally outside hitting his own vape. Go anywhere but trulieve they don’t deserve your business.

If I can give it zero I would. These employees don't care about you. Your just another number in the queue. Never Ever have I waited almost 3 hours in a dispensary and left with nothing. People here move slow and do not care that you have things to do. They don't always send out the check in link. Which then slams the waiting area with walk ins. And if you think express is quicker.don't be fooled. Your better off checking out MUV or surterra in palm bay

Good location! Easy access until you get to the door. Picture of handicap button to open door but no button. Enter to big welcome but no one there and no help in or out. Not a happy atmosphere. No swag for 1st day either or happy faces. Very unusual.

Some nice folks but, slow systems, issues every time with order or pickup and not getting what was selected.rude phone service.

There is absolutely ZERO reason to be waiting in the waiting room for over an hour. I just truly don’t understand how it takes so long, regardless of walk in or pick up. I’ve never waited this long at ANY dispensary. So bad, I had to leave a review.

I will never shop at this location ever again, this is the 3rd time I have gone and my pickup order was either not fulfilled correctly, I was attempted to be over charged and the person checking last night was extremely rude. I contacted customer service and nothing was actually done. I don’t get the point of placing an online order for Xpress pick up hours before hand and not getting my order fulfilled in the same day while you’re taking walk-ins. Time in line should start as soon as orders go in and anybody who walks in behind should therefore be behind in line and then on top of that for your employees to be rude is unacceptable. Trulieve has always been my primary dispensary and I find it hard to shop here after the experience I had this week.

Generally even with a wait of like 5+ people any other dispo you’re in and out, the waiting system here, that doesn’t actually work or even close to the time they estimate combined with only allowing one or two customers back is nothing but a waste of time.
