19The store in Merritt Island made an issue right. They stood behind their product and replaced the product. The website and orders still have issues and wait time is the same for walk ins as preorder. But consistency and quality is always there.
The wait times here are unreal! Doesn't matter if you place an order or walk in. Wait time is the same no matter what. How is this place so unorganized? ️
Love this place and employees! Just be careful. They bait and switch the flower on you you order 22% they give you 17% Always check b4 leaving
I've never had to wait so long for a pick up order anywhere else but here. Any other place I walk in and within like 5 minutes I'm walking out. This place has you waiting for like 20 minutes for a pick up order.
I love it here. The happiness is awesome. Different ages, races and lots of and. Everyone needs to go and.
These guys are hit or miss on any given day, and just like that. They missed, again. I’m looking at a 3.4 gram 8th that I just bought from the dispensary and they got the nerve to not honor my points discount that I earned. The website lets you stack points on top of discounts which is how it should be. Might be time to move on altogether.
Love these guys! Best products and prices around! The staff is just wonderful, they make every shopping trip feel personable.
This is the least friendly dispensary in Brevard county. The people that work here hate their jobs! They will argue with you over prices even if you show them the promotion on their website and your online order. I will never be back. There are 3 more dispensaries a block away!
The wait times here have become unacceptable. The online check-in system has been out of operation for over a week now and pickup times now can run over 40 minutes. If this business wants to offer affordable products to their patients, perhaps Truleive could provide ample staffing to handle the busy volume. I’ve been visiting this location for 2 years now and I’m ready to find an alternative. I love the staff here but 30 minutes or more spent waiting is way too long. Please fix this!
John didn't make eye contact, stared at the screen for 10 minutes before he asked for my ID. Then, proceeds to walk away for another 5 minutes & comes & with a water bottle. Still doesn't speak to me, takes another 5 mins to look at the screen some more. He finally gets to ask me what I'd like to go grab it only to aggressively open the paper bag to the point that it made a loud sound, throws my tub in it and says thank you in the most dryest non customer service voice ever. I leave and let the host know it was an awkward experience and bad customer service. She doesn't say anything but looks at me like I somehow said something that I shouldn't. I just filed a complaint. I have never had an issue at any location. This was off putting and quite honestly felt like a micro aggression. As a walk In, I do not mind waiting. I was there a 30 minutes, with 15 standing at the counter with John. Unacceptable, rude and SLOW.
I've given it my location probably 7 times in the past 2 and a 1/2 minutes and I still can't get it to let me see what they have. I just want to see what they have. Too much hassle just to see the menu. I'll go somewhere I can shop.
I find that the employees are very helpful, detailed, great customer service

I always have a good experience at this store. Everyone seems very friendly and customer focused. Erica was my tender today and she was wonderful. I walked out with the best deal I've ever had. Thanks again.
The last several times that I have been in the Merritt Island store, they did not have what I pre ordered. They used to give a courtesy call if they ran out of the product in stock. I will probably not shop there again.

This location is the worse I've been to. Customer service was poor and the product was defective. Management was unenthusiastic and slow.

•UPDATE, UPDATE. READ ALL ABOUT IT! Victoria is phenomenal and an asset to your company. She deserves a raise & promotion! Last night when being helped by Caleb, he went above & beyond w his customer service & made me feel appreciated for being such a loyal Truliever! He even surprised me w my very own Trulieve Christmas shirt that says "I've got 5 on it"! I'm stoked! Last but not least, I owe a HUGE (EXTREMELY OVERDUE) TY to Blake. When leaving my very 1st review for this location (after it 1st opened) I thought that I left Blake a wonderful review for his amazing service ever since MI Trulieve opened when writing my very 1st review for our MI location (a LONG TIME AGO). Then, I just realized Blake is not mentioned in that review (the only reason has to be due to my severe memory loss caused by CPTSD). When realizing Blake's name was written, even though he was the main reason I was writing my original review made me feel horrible bc when MI Trulieve 1st opened, Blake helped me then, & has continued going above & beyond for all of us patients ever since Going on 2 years (either this past October or this upcoming March our MI dispensary will have been open for 2 whole years!) Blake has been helping me & countless others ever since. If Blake has not yet been promoted to manager status, I think it would be in the company's best interest to promote him bc he has proved that he deserves to be promoted as soon as y'all can bc you have a gem in your hands with Blake & from the looks of it you've got another gem on the rise (in Caleb) who seems to be following Blake's lead; if Caleb does follow Blake's exemplary work ethic & people skills, there is no doubt in my mind that Caleb will also soar to the top of the company, just as Ik Blake deserves! Again Blake I'm so very sorry that I just now realized the review I told you I was leaving for your exemplary work was somehow wasn't typed incorrectly (meaning it does not include your name or how phenomenal you are which was the WHOLE point of my 1st review!). Trulieve needs to know what an asset they have found in you (which Ik how hard it can be in this day & age when trying to find reliable, dependable, great employees)! I thought I posted a good review mentioning how fantastic you are but somehow your name isn't on there. Hence the reason I am leaving your review now, is better late than never, right? Upon noticing my eff up, I had to fix it with this updated review so Blake gets the review you deserve (hopefully a raise, promotion or at the very least Kudos come with this, fingers crossed) TY Blake for still always treating me phenomenally (even when yrs passed without seeing the review I promised you for your exceptional assistance!
