Used this store atleast ten times and it has been great, Discounts have been highly appreciated! Also they started using tablets for browsing there menu in store makes it easier to shop now thank you!

Best flower shop with the best bud tenders out there! Hands down!

Always slow service. Maybe they should expand? Or hire more employees? Could even be they don't pay enough in wages?

I absolutely love the associates that you have at the store. Julian, Graham, Matt, Kaylah and Cody. Cody, however, went above and beyond for me today. I know when Cody’s there I’m always going to be in and out of there, dispensed accurately and efficiently, He always has a great smile, and we always have a great conversation. He is so professional yet relatable. Give that guy a raise!

This trulieve has staff that is knowledgeable and friendly. I only go here if I have a choice.

Always a long wait, even when you place your order in advance. I never get an email letting me know when my prescription is ready, so there's no express anything. The day before Thanksgiving, I understand you're having a sale, bit I placed an order at 1pm. I came in at 5 without an email, but the line was out the door. Came back 30 min prior to closing and there was a 65 min wait, and I was turned away from getting my prescription. The budtenders are wonderful, but something needs to change here.

Yep like others in the last week, wait time is over 24 hrs to fill and hours to get. Just like the other bad reviews Trulieve will ignore this.

I place an order got my order number never got a email to pick-up my order and tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I'll be with out cannabis that I use to treat my RA

As a business owner I would highly recommend to the owner of this business to get involved and be hands on in the day to day operations. I had the absolute worst experience here not once but several times but the day after Thanksgiving was the last time I will go to this Truelieve. I placed my order online prior to checking in mind you in person at 3: 59 pm and was told it would be an hour before my order was ready so I returned exactly 1 hour later at 4: 58 pm to be told the wait would be 2 more hours not to mention the room was packed and several other upset customers as well so I then walked out went to another location as a walk in and waited less than 10 minutes and was served and had everything I needed and was offered a discount card as well as other promotions that are not offered at the North Port location not to mention the fact the gal working said they did away with the express pick up however the other locations are still allowing express pick ups. It is apparent this business is lacking in management as well as customer service.

The worst place ever they will make you wait for a very long time. The best place to go to is curaleaf they are fast and have great quality. Please avoid going here.

Staff is wonderful, great options of medical marijuana. But the WAIT. You will never not wait at least 20 minutes, even if you placed an order online. I wish they could figure out a quicker way to do things. Again, great dispensary but make sure you’re not short on time.

Disorganized, unprofessional, & outright stupid in plain English. They wasted 1hr45 of a customer's time because they forgot about his order when he's sitting in the waiting room, & he left empty handed. They wasted so much time yapping & made me wait 1hr15 after ordering just to send me out empty handed too because they wanted to close. These workers have 0 sense of urgency. I'll never step foot in this building again. Talk about a circus. What a joke.

I love trulieve. And would normally rate 5 stars. But recently they changed the way they call back customers and it seems very unsafe and inefficient.

Matt was awesome and helped me make some additions to my online order with no problem. While I didn't catch her name the young lady at the front desk was nice and quick with the check in. I will be back.

Kayla/Kelsey (whatever her name is) is the definition of disrespectful. I have NEVER had the staff at this location be anything but kind and helpful. She screamed in my face, threw my items into my bag, and acted like a complete idiot. I am extremely and utterly disappointed that Trulieve would hire someone like her.

Great dispensary. With a pick up order I’ve never really had to wait longer than 30min. And it’s even quicker with the express pickup. This location is very friendly and helpful with any questions about the products as well.

Love this location. The staff are friendly and do their best with the busy times. Always great service though.
