Trulieve Olympia Heights Dispensary

Make sure to check the batteries of the vapes they sell you. They've sold me 2 batteries that didn't work. I asked them if the battery worked and they said it came with 50% charge. I tried to turn it on outside the store and of course, like I predicted, didn't work. When I immediately went back to let them know, they tell me I have to press the button 5 times as if I had been a first time customer, been there many times nstead of exchanging it for a battery that works they instructed me to charge the device on a wall. To top it off the girl working there pretending to forget to hand me the change when I used my debit card. Never going back. Lobby full of low-life bum video game nerds.

Love truelieve and been going for a while now, always recommend them to everyone but highly disappointed in my last visit. Had just renewed my med license, went in and asked for the renewal discount. The employee said they no longer do that so i said okay. Fast forward a week later i went to another truelieve closer to me and they tell me they still do honor that discount it just has to be within a time frame which i had missed mind you when i asked i had just renewed my license 2 hours prior. If you don’t want to give the discount just say that but don’t try to insult my intelligence or blatantly lie about it. Will stick too the flowery and jungle boys from now on

Employees are stellar best employees in the world hope trulieve takes care of them well! Should do what publix does and give away stock, because from the manager at this store to the people behind the counters, these people work it like they own it! Hope Trulieve is hooking them up, because they make the company look good 24/7. Honestly the employees at this location make me wanna shop at trulieve. Awesome staff! They still rock now I know thanks again. Really hope they all get pay raises trulieve olympia heights and dadeland are both badass! I'm very picky and they've taught me a lot.

Worst trulieve in Florida avoid unless you wanna spend 3 hours on a wait line. Workers there always have an attitude like if they’re doing charity work. Do not go here

The employees at this store are super chill, shoutout to Adam for his great recommendations and friendly banter as we waited to get our medications. Compared to the customer service we usually get at other Trulieves, Adam blew me away and definitely deserves recognition.

Customer service is really bad, extremely slow, and unapologetic. Been here for 15 minutes and the same two people were being attended the entire time.

Unhelpful, staff rushes you to wait in line.

Wait times are ridiculous. Waited 40 minutes today and the store wasn’t even packed maybe 2 other people and they had 4 people behind the counter working. Not sure why it takes so long. Not very happy with my experience today.

So I went in today for my first purchase ever as Im patiently waiting for my card to be delivered in the mail (I was approved 5 days ago). The staff was super chill and friendly. I have bad anxiety so I was feeling nervous about going but they made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend this place

The staff is very nice here in this place but very under staffed and it leads to 95% time I come here to be a very bad experience and I don’t recommend you come here if you don’t have a extra hour of your day to spar

I love trulieve. This review isn’t about their products. All their products are amazing. I hate their customer service though which is crazy because most of the times there isn’t a huge wait or a long line but the people here just act like they don’t wanna attend you or work. I walked in Friday at 5: 15pm and there’s like one other customer here and several employees but nobody attended me till like 25 minutes later. The only girl actually working was a really nice brunette behind the counter. The rest of the people were gossiping and avoiding work. Just disappointed in that. But the products are great. I came back 8/5 at 2: 45pm and it looks like it’ll be an hour wait. The dude next to me said he’s been waiting about that long. Trulieve, please hire more efficient staff or just more staff in general. Not expecting fast food level timing but this is ridiculous I rather not come to this location at all anymore.

They close at “9pm”. I checked in @830pm and waited patiently until my turn then as soon as it came, it was 8: 58 and the front desk told me I wouldn’t have enough time to purchase over the counter. Horrible service, wasted my time.

If you’re willing to wait a very long time and spend almost an hour just to pick something up then by all means please stop by this place. This is the only dispensary that I have seen that has people waiting outside in this heat. If you’re like me and are willing to wait 10-15 mins max, then go to any OTHER trulieve. They say that trulieve is the Walmart of all dispensaries (I love trulieve’s products btw) and the location on bird road solidifies that to a 10. Why is it that yesterday I placed an order at around 4pm, wasn’t told it was ready until the following day at 12 pm. Terrible wait times. You guys need a better system or have more workers attending more customers. Not one every 15 mins if there’s more working behind the counters. Customers should be number 1 priority. I really won’t ever come here again.

This is the worst location I’ve been to so far. I made an express pickup order - no modifications. At 6: 38pm I got notice that an associate was ready to see me; however, when I walked in there were several people waiting. I thought no problem it’s express anyway just picking up and going. But no, people ahead of me kept getting called ahead of me over and over. The wait list by the way only showed 2 ppl ahead for express. I asked the front desk what was up she said “you’re next”. She lets me on the show room another 4 people called. At this point I said forget it I’m going back to my regular location. I leave there at 7 with no product. Never again
