Slow walk in service! Friendly but other locations are much faster. Try out the drive thru on US19 in Clearwater.

This is the slowest trulieve in pinellas.they have no staff or say the system is down.always a 30+ min wait.ordering online doesn’t make things any quicker

*update* i tried giving this trulieve another try since it’s right next door to my house.once again, only one bud tender, 50 minute wait.and guess what? Short staffed like every day.save yourself some time and go somewhere else

Always a great experience at this location. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I have never waited more than minutes at this location and it is my preferred location for quick stops.

This is the 2nd time in the last 2 visits that the wait time for an Express order was at least a half hour. This is a bad trend.

12 people waiting, 1 person serving customers and one loud unhelpful receptionist. Not a good combination.

This company can't keep employees due to NO morale and very little pay. High turnaround

I like this place but it has it's issues. Mostly staffing. Or lack thereof. I hope it's improving bc a trip there always takes a while. Plan accordingly. Selection and sales are good. Online pick is nice too.

It’s so difficult to get weed here. They make you wait forever. I do not understand their system it’s the worst dispensary by far

Unfair to have to pay extra for a one gram cart I bought 2 days ago due to not being labeled as a trulieve cart. Not an exchange when you have to still pay extra for the same identical thing. Need to fix that. Exchange should be one for one no extra charge when it's a manufacturers issue.

Since when does 3.5 g cost 50$ prices haven't been that high for over 10-15 years. That's just crazy some even more than that too

It's always so nice to go to Trueliave All the employees are very knowledgeable. And patient with your questions. Out of all the dispensaries trulieve always has a nice variety and always has something good on sale

Love this facility. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the product. They are also patient and take the time to answer your questions to make sure you get the best product for your needs.

Always am overwhelmed at the courteous and helpful staff. I can never remember names, but never felt unwelcome. I sometimes as too many questions but they answer all.
