16Alien Labs was real good, Seed Junky was pretty good. I did not buy any of the Trulieve weeds because it's always harsh. But it did not take long and there was no line. The employees were really nice.

Never have any issues here. They are more than accommodating for my disability and do what they can to make sure I even have a seat when they are crowded and there's a wait.
This place is awefull hour wait even if ur expressed. Cant get trulieve om the phone to save your life.past month i cant even submit a order online no matter how many tmes i sign out or refresh it has now givin me a huge anxiety attack i just got over trying to do with this place since 8 am now 10 37 stillhavent got my oder placed and online chats are useless to you get better customer support at the dollar general
SLOWEST DISPENSARY EVERRRR! You’re better off going to curaleaf or sunnyside. Don’t matter if you express your order or walk-in. YOU ARE WAITING AT LEAST 30 MINUTES. Doesn’t matter how many people are in front of you. I only go to Trulieve when I have no other options
Just walked out - had a 40 minute wait time in the Online Waiting list. I arrived about 50 minutes later and the system kicked me out! Then I was told I would have to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes, and the manager told me I was LYING about the wait time being 40 minutes. The elderly woman who works here fights with patients CONSTANTLY - they don't treat you like a MEDICAL PATIENT. It feels like WalMart. Terribly managed location.the short guy with a bad case of small man's disease is TERRIBLE with customer service, and gives preferential treatment to females. They never scan your online order - you never get the opportunity to use their waiting list (which is a joke). They screwed up my dispense amounts all the time and I had to have it correct by MMJ. They have TONS of complaints I was told. Save yourself the hassle and go to Sunnyside. Make sure you weigh your meds too.and return the stems for credit.

I’ve been a medical patient for 3 years. Gatlin trulieve has had plenty of different staff and everyone there knows me. No new faces recently. Everyone knows me, also in the previous years they have had a hard time getting patients in and out. Know that they had a option to be brought in 2 or 3 at a time while the other are busy with patients. I feel like this helped a lot with the times and getting people in and out faster. Amazing customer service. Proud patient of 3 years
I was there today and was helped by the manager, Linda. She was so helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. She really went above and beyond helping me choose the right medication. I really appreciate the time and effort she put in to helping me with my purchase. She is truly an asset to trulieve! Need more like her!
This place sucks. They can’t fill an order correctly and you can’t speak to a manager. Terrible find somewhere else to spend your money
Holy slow. I just sat here for an hour with only 5 people ahead of me. Product is good staff is friendly but never again will I go to a Ttruelieve. I tried this store because the us1 store is slow as death as well. I guess it must just be a truelieve problem. Any other store you can be in and out in 15 min.
VERY VERY VERY SLOW at this location, I've been at this location 3 times and each time was at least an hour wait, even when they texted me my order was ready that I ordered online, I still had to wait in line for an hour. DO NOT go to this location thier Fort Pierce location is 150% better, faster, and much more nicer and happier employees.
Look what came with my ground, thanks trulieve! & who wants to sit in the lobby for 1 hour to do an exchange? Not me! Gave them too many chances. Employees are nice but it's worth the extra drive to avoid this place.
This location (Gatlin) is the slowest ever even if you order online you will still have to sit in the lobby for 30-45 minutes. Every single time I come to this location is the same deal don’t matter if is morning, noon or night. They need to step it up and do something please. People waiting at the desk to be helped and no one to be found. I’m not the one to be leaving negative reviews but enough is enough. I won’t be back to this location since is always the slowest and I mean slow.
Kathryn was a very good budtender, gave me time to order what I needed and went through the menu to ensure I got what I was looking for and very friendly overall.
UPDATE: 10/04/2023 emailed you still waiting for your reply. You guys are AWFUL read your reviews
so here we go again. Order online and get a call that they dont have any in stock and havent for 2 days and that the online inventory is incorrect. You guys really do not know what you are doing and please do not respond with your generic email asking to email customer service. I've already done that still waiting for your reply. NO EXCUSES PLEASE.
